I don't recommend any body to have room in 3rd floor its to noisy because the restaurant & the Bar in 4floor Breakfast not many options, parking is to expensive

I liked the newly renovated room, clean, and spacious for Italy's standards.
I didn't like the long process to check into the hotel. The public bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Love the rooftop bar. Close to the coloseum and many other ruins that you could easily walk to.
I'm pretty sure I left my reading glasses in the room but even though I called twice and emailed, I never got a definite answer as to whether they found them or not.

It was in a great location for visiting the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Easy to transit the metro to Roma Termini as well. The triple room was a great size for a family of 3, larger than most European hotels we’ve stayed in before. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of protein options for those who want more than a cafe and croissant.
One night it was a little loud in our 3rd floor room due to a private party in the 4th floor terrace bar. But it was quiet by/before midnight.

Centrally located, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Grocery store options all around = very good location.

Our first room was 310, beautiful, spacious. Unfortunately, it was right below terrace bar and restaurant. They move furniture bet 11pm and midnight, after bar closes then again at 5 - 6 am to set up for breakfast. First 2 nights, terrible short sleep. They let us move last 2 nights. Inconvenient, but we did. The 2nd room was smaller with much smaller bathroom. I inquired as to rate adjustment, they said no since new room although smaller, was same rate. They gave us a free breakfast. Didn't sit well...

Location was fantastic! We were traveling with a 6 month old and the staff was incredibly kind and supportive of our needs. The hotel rooms were generous in size especially for Europe. The Breakfast spread was wonderful as well!

It was very close to the coliseum. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of choices. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was also very good.

Good size comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We decided to add breakfast when booking the room and we were very pleased we did. Breakfast was well worth the money paid, the choice and quality of food on offer was excellent. Roof terrace is lovely for a relaxing drink after a tiring day's sightseeing. Location was good, a short walk from the Colosseum and metro stations. We easily walked to all the usual highlights of Rome, only using the metro to reach Vatican City and even then we walked back.

Wonderful location, just a few blocks from the Colosseum. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and modern. The included breakfast was phenomenal with lots of delicious options and a view of the Colosseum from our table on the terrace. Our room was comfortable, spacious and serviced daily. We loved being able to open the windows for fresh air. The bathroom was nice with excellent water pressure in the shower. We would happily stay again.
