The staff and the facility are excellent. The hotel is in a great location with many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent with many choices. The morning waitstaff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Perfect location! The front desk attendants were very friendly! Gave AMAZING recommendations, and the bartender made STRONG delicious cocktails. The room was PERFECT! Bed was comfy, room was clean, water was very hot!

Location is good. Hotel was very clean. Good hotel for families with kids.
The breakfast needs to improve. There were very few hot items for the kids. Most of the items on the menu were not included in the free breakfast.

Good location, close to Coliseum. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Comfortable.
Since the first day there were ants in our room. They tried to clean and remove them, but it didn't help much.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, quiet and nice window. Very good breakfast selection and a good value. Close to Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Front stairs to the entrance are rather imposing, travel with small bags if you can.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location is great for the Coliseum, but a bit far for other monuments, but the train was easy to navigate. A couple good restaurants near by.

The location was great. A 12 minute walk from train station. Very centeral. You dont need water taxie at all. We walk everywere. The staff was wonderful.

The location is perfect, near the Colloseum. We stayed in a triple room, very comfortable.
The breakfast needs to be more diversified, both for meat lovers and for vegans. Also I didn't like the fact the portions from each product were quite small, therefore we needed to wait for refill. Clearly more veggies and fruits needed

Better than expected! The location is perfect and the staff is even more amazing. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, we always returned to a perfectly tidy space. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Truly only positive things to say!

No ramp at the entrance , if with luggage that would be so hard to handle it , the rooms are not well soundproof, late night when people were moving around in the corridor u could hear them talking and even closing their room door

Excellent hotel - perfect location, very friendly staff, spacious room, perfectly working bathroom, plenty of room amenities, including nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. The rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent.
