Great structure. But... Covid reduced the service to below minimum. We booked one night plus breakfast. Price was pre-Covid level. Bedroom extra clean, as usual. But breakfast in paper bag to take away - tea bag, supermarket Bauli croissant, fete biscotate, piccollo burro e marmelata, mini yogurt di frutta, bottle of water. No coffee possibility. Breakfast price is as in pre-Covid times. No personnell, apart from receptionist. Covid rules dhoul be better organised for the price we paid. Parking closed. I hope this scarcity is temporary short-term. As Hotel in general is really good from all aspects. But this was before Covid. Best wishes for fast changes for better.

The room was spacious and clean with minor exceptions. what you normally expect from a 4 stars hotel.
while we were checking in we were informed that breakfast (which we paid extra for) was just a lunch box in a bag that will be dropped at our door in the morning. we asked for the bar (which is standard in a 4-star hotel) they gave us the address of the neighborhood bar! we asked for the restaurant and they gave us the address for the nearby restaurants! the minibar in the room was empty and you can only get water from the vending machine downstairs. coffee too. there was no line for room service, only the reception. and when I asked the reception about this they said this is the policy and there's nothing they can do about it! mind you this is a 4 stars hotel! there were no extra pillows in the room. The AC was barely working and noisy. the bathtub had rust on it. I would have liked it if I was expecting a hostel.

Good hotel to stay in Rome if you do not want to be in the centre of the city. There is a short walk from the hotel to a bus stop of line 118 that in 20+ minutes gets you directly to all the important places, and it stops right next to the Colosseo. If you need directions, just ask the hotel staff - they were all super friendly and helpful. I can't complement them enough. Hotel facilities are fine, nothing to complaint about. WiFi was of decent quality, I even managed to stream video :) Breakfast was on the average side, but all fresh - great pastry and coffee! Hotel is not new, and it may need some refurbishing, but it was all clean, and rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel is located in suburb of Rome, quiet and calm area. And there are a few bonuses to stay there: 1. There is an aqueduct nearby, in a walking distance from the hotel (~20 min), with green area around it. Perfect for a nice walk after busy day visiting Rome. 2. If you go further toward the Red metro line, after the next 20 min you reach Cinecita, A must-visit spot for all fans of great cinema. This place is a history. 3. If you are hungry, there is a nice pizza place nearby, L'angolo del sapore, Via Squillace, 68. Friendly owner, and a perfect pizza! Thank you!

Most part of everything. The staff was very rude when I arrived like they didnt want to be there. At the breakfast time no one to receive us we had to choose a table and sit ourselves

It was clean
It smelled bad, the hotel is old- it needs the renovation
staff were not helpful (gave us wrong directions and refused to call a taxi at a specific time for us and didnt prepare early breakfast)
Breakfast was poor (food was cold, they didnt replace food, it was no fresh fruit and vegetables)
Room had damaged walls, furniture was old, windows were completely dirty, bathtub couldnt hold water, the sink in the bathroom didnt drain, it was no electric outlets next to the bed, the pillows were small and flat.

Free parking lots were available close to the hotel, Breakfast area was quite large. Administration satisfied our request for adjacent rooms. We did not face any trouble with the facilities.
Renovation and some refreshment of the rooms and coridors, as well as facilities would be helpful. Breakfast menu could be a little bit richer considering it was a 4 star hotel. Lack of electric sockets.
