I did not know that is an Airbnb apartment, and not the hotel.
Breakfast was on a fixed hour ( you had to book a an hour for breakfast but you have no idea when you wake up)

Great hotel. The staff were excellent. The room was lovely, big enough and we'll appointed. Nice decor and furniture. The served breakfast was a highlight. Excellent food and service. Great position in the city.
Only one fault with this lovely hotel. Heating wasn't working in the rooms (not just ours). Hotel provided us with a small heater. Bathroom was very cold.

We had one superior deluxe room which was a little small and there was not a lot of area for luggage or storage.

Hotel Barocco's location is superb - within walking distance of many of Rome's treasures, not far from a Metro station, near a variety of dining options, and close to shopping. Our room was generous, well-appointed, sound-proof, super clean, and very comfortable. Most important, however, is the hotel's staff who made us feel so very welcome. We loved starting the day with a delicious full breakfast hosted by the friendliest team, and coming back after a long day welcomed by the always professional and cheerful front office staff. They were always happy to help us with dining and transportation questions. Highly recommend this hotel. Mille Grazie to everyone who made our 7-day stay exceptional!
For people with mobility issues, please note that there is a good elevator but you still have to navigate some steps in order to reach different levels of this hotel.

Our room was large and bright, the location was wonderful, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast room staff were professional but kept us laughing:) It was a great experience and we would love to return!

Service during breakfast was great.
Hotel is very central, which makes it easy to walk to main landmarks
Staff seemed helpful, but willing to tend to my feedback and ask for help only if I insisted on getting the service in question.
Examples were: bathroom shower drain was clogged, so I had to turn off the water during shower to avoid having my feet soaked in 'dirty water'. I asked for a different room, and they suggested waiting another day to have the proper technician look at the issue. When I pushed to change rooms, they made arrangements.
I was supposed to leave before 7AM and would miss breakfast. My flight was delayed so I had time to eat, but when I asked to have breakfast they told me they were fully booked! Not until they noticed I was upset about not being allowed to have breakfast that I had paid for, they 'found' a table for us - btw, the breakfast area had 3 empty tables and nobody joined during the time we were there eating.

A quaint and charming room in an older building with an awesome staff that were sincerely friendly and welcoming! It’s located in a great location and we had a wonderful view of the fountain. If you like walking the city we were within 15-30 min of everything. Nice size bathroom and amenities. The breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent
The bed was hard and uncomfortable so I didn’t get a lot of sleep. My husband wasn’t a big fan of the shower as the handheld attachment was located near his feet. I liked the rain shower but it was a bit wonky at times. I don’t think you’d call it a great value for your money but I’m glad we stayed.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the people responsible for breakfast! Location is good, close to some locations, and still in walking distance from others. Metro station around the corner as well. Everything was very clean! Breakfast was excellent.
