This was our second time staying at Hotel Barocco. It is such a lovely location. Everyone is so kind. We stayed in the Annex building this year and the room was so big and spacious! Amazing location.

The location of this property is perfect. We could walk easily to attractions and shopping experiences. The hop on hop off bus was across the piazza.
The breakfast was over and above our expectations. The staff at the hotel were fantastic especially in the breakfast room and bar. The front of house staff were incredibly helpful with all of our requirements. We would stay at hotel Barocco time and time again

It was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The room was smaller than I expected from what I saw online, particularly the shower which was very narrow even though the bathroom was quite spacious. There was no coffee making equipment in the room which I consider to be a basic necessity when travelling and is found in nearly all hotel rooms nowadays so unexpected not to find it

The staff catered to our every whim. They even opened up the bar and restaurant for us when we arrived late in the evening. The staff was unmatched!

It was presented beautifully service was impeccable. Very nice selection.
The room was very small no place drawers or closet to put clothes. My bed was not comfortable pillows, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was very nice, amiable and professional.

It must be said that one of the best hotels we have been to starts with an excellent welcome, attentive staff who help with every request, clean rooms, the smell of daily washing, and the highlight is the perfect breakfast with a smiling staff who prepare surprises for you and excellent fresh food. In short, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I like the location, more than anything.
My room was very small. The price wasn't and this is why I was expecting more.
I had a problem with the shutters on the window, I couldn't reach them way out and. they were locked open; that was late at night when I went to sleep. A good idea would be leaving that unlocked for us, guests. The sunlight was shining strong in the room VERY EARLY, before 6 am in the morning
I left the hotel at 7 am for the airport and breakfast room wasn't opened yet. They have promised me the night before a breakfast package to take away that I had to remind the front desk person. There was water and a croissant in the bag.
By the way, the front desk person was alone and had to come up himself to help me with my luggage when I asked for help. I'd expect more from a hotel of that category.

It was spotlessly clean , lovely bedroom , breakfast was great and the staff were helpful .
The shower didn’t work properly and there were too many stairs for our age group . Plus no real evening meal service .
