The staff were very professional and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the quality of the bedding and towels was 5 star. Breakfast was also of a very high standard and the way it was served exceeded our expectation. Overall, we would highly recommend.
The only thing that could have improved our experience would be a rooftop bar, but given the size of the property, I’m not sure that it would even be possible. There is a fantastic rooftop bar just opposite, so all our needs were met.

The staff is very kind, professional and nice. The hotel room was amazing and provided us a perfect romantic experience.

Reception's staff was wonderful. Espcially the one that I forgot his name, since he has a very unique first name (from Napoli).
BreThe hotel is very nice, historic style, but very clean.
Breakfast was wonderful, but we prefer, a more options of vegetables.

The hotel is located in the very center, walking distance from many attractions and the termini train station. The staff is extremely nice and helping and the breakfast is supreme.
My room so was tiny that I couldn’t move freely when my luggage was on the floor. The room was located literally on the stair case and I heard all the people who passed there when trying to fall asleep

The staff were adorable. My most favourite member of staff was our lovely smiley breakfast waitress who made me the most artistic cappuccinos I’ve ever seen with smiley faces, freckles and eye lashes!! Breakfast was really good. The reception staff were charming and helpful. The location was excellent. The hotel has real charm.

I liked the location and bed plus shower amazing as well the breakfast, what I don’t like is that (My single room was super small, No View it was the trash dumpster area for the hotel , very bad smell when I open the window , plus No coffee machine in the room nor at least complementary 1 bottle of water, and my room was beside the stairs literally I can hear every single step and all the laughter from the bar and in the morning I hear all the loud talk for ppl coming down and up)

Nice boutique hotel in a good location. Great and helpful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, especially Marco and Stefano. Nice sized bathroom.
Not much room for luggage.

The staff was so so friendly, especially Marco at the bar who made us feel like family and spoke with us several times throughout our trip! We highly recommend this hotel due to caring staff, cleanliness, and great location!
