Staff are very friendly and obliging. Mattia on Reception was very helpful and Laura, our hostess in the dining room, was exceptionally efficient and very friendly. Dining room is rooftop with a wonderful view. Breakfast selection was great. There was a choice from both an la carte breakfast and a full buffet. Location is walking distance to most attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
Bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable we have experienced. Mattress gave us both extremely sore backs and the down pillows had no substance so were very, very flat.

The rooftop is very beautiful and the bar is very good ! The location is great, not very crowded, and staff is very kind. Breakfast is very good and fresh.
we had problems with the room (we didn't have hot water and air condition), so first night was not good. next day they fixed problems, changed us room and gave us compensation.

This hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of most attractions. The room was very quiet with a beautiful patio with a view St. Pauls Cathedral. The rooftop bar was cute and fun for a nightcap. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ample.
The room is quite shabby - I stayed in many hotels on my trip and would not rate this a 4 star. More like a 3 star. The room was exceptionally tiny, warm water was hit or miss depending on what time of day you showered and the carpet could use a deep clean.

The word perfect isn't enough to describe our stay. Perfect bed with perfect pillows. Very professional and k8nd staff. Both in reception and during breakfast. Beautiful view from the roof, where their restaurant is.

The decor, location and room size. We were given complimentary wine since it was my husbands bday and our anniversary too.

Overall wonderful stay - very clean, fresh (all interior seems new or completely renovated), perfect location and superb staff. Especially, lady at the first breakfast was very kind and professional - she should work in Michelin restaurants. Never experienced such care about guests at the breakfast before.
Please change the music at the breakfast. It was awful. The average age of the guests at the breakfast was 50+. Very specific new generation american rap music, Nicki Minaj etc. is not the music we would like to hear at the breakfast at 4 star hotel in Rome. :)
