The breakfast was superb. Salvatore the host at breakfast was exceptional, gracious,, always smiling, making us feel incredibly welcomed. The reception team was equally as helpful.
Very difficult to get change at the front desk. Would never break more than a 5-Euro bill.
Difficult to unpack due to lack of shelves
and drawer space. Hangers in the closet cannot be easily removed which made it difficult to hang clothes up.

They over charged me for one night after I paid it in advance and had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t show up for my second night
I never checked out. So they gave me a no show and once checking out they charged me one xtra night

The best stay I've ever had quite frankly. Breakfast was absolutely FANTASTIC. Best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel period. Rooms were clean and decently spacious. Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Good location for public transportation and taxis, but you’ll need to be prepared to walk for awhile to reach the sights. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very kind.
The spa wasn’t as good as I hoped it would be. It was messy and small and crammed full of people.

The Hotel is in a great location for exploring Rome. The staff is excellent and the breakfast..OMG, it was the perfect place to stay and the accommodations were top notch.

Friendly staff, the Brazilian front desk guy (sorry didn't catch the name) is the best, very funny and kind. Overall very good service, clean rooms, breakfast only $14 and it’s very good- lots of variety.

We loved our suite. Extremely comfortable. It had its own private terrace area with a jacuzzi. The hotel location was excellent, very central, a reasonable walking distance from all the sights of Rome.
The jacuzzi temperature was far too hot, however, as we had a lot of rain, it became irrelevant as we couldn't use it. Everything else was perfect.
