The staff was courteous and friendly, and the location was very convenient for walking to nearby sites, cafes, and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to start the day.
The only improvement I believe is necessary is to upgrade the mattress.

The hotel has an excellent location to visit all the important sites. Also the staff was very kind and helpful.
Storage in the room is very important and here is more than sufficient.
Nothing, everything was good except that the catalog of the room service was shorter than expected for a hotel like this.

We would have preferred on one occasion to have the ability to order a simple bar snack rather than having to order an expensive restaurant meal. It wasn’t possible to order a bar snack.

Staff was incredible. Pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise in the room knowing it’s on the main street. Location meant you can walk to most spots.
Spa was an additional fee but only 15 euros.

Great location, felt safe at all times. Great staff, notably reception when I left my ID behind and they emailed a copy of my passport to me within minutes to ensure I could get into my timed entry tour to colosseum. 1st class breakfast with lovely friendly staff. Great room and pristine cleanliness throughout the hotel.

What an amazing hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and included numerous choices of food. The room was chic, comfortable and super clean! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome as it is within walking distance of all major landmarks and provides guests with an amazing experience.

Good location (close to main attractions) and good restaurants surrounding.
Good gym area.
Reasonable room size.
Check in process very frustrating- they ask you to take a seat in an area out the side and then don’t come to communicate why you’re waiting. It was fine that we were too early for check in but the staff needed to communicate they were going to ignore us for 2 hours until check in time and instead provide an option to leave our bags rather than dismissing us twice when we asked when we would be able to speak to someone. We saw this happen to several other people who arrived too early (which again was not the issue - it was purely not having the staff talk to us at all or offer to keep our bags safe for us). This was not a great first impression of the hotel.
Spa was expensive- an extra despite paying for rooms.

The breakfast buffet was lovely
Just about everything else. The room was so tiny we couldn’t move around the room and open our suitcases. It was not clean. The cost of the room was insane for what it was. I believe the reviews of the hotel are manufactured.

Staff was very friendly, the spa was nice, location was central to many sights. Breakfast was good. The cleaning staff did great daily cleaning and the complimentary minibar was nice.
I wish there would have been more recycling options for the trash in our room. Not everything just mixed waste but metal, carboard and plastic could also be easily recycled if there were bins for it. I also had to ask the staff not to change the hand soap every day, but they did respect my wish very well.
