The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The weather! (Obviously not your fault). The heat was the only drawback. The hotel was wonderful.

Staff were excellent all around; breakfasts were very good; reception staff were helpful and inviting; the room was extremely quiet and roomy although the view was not good for an upgrade; it was clean; it was very professional.

The location of the hotel was great in that it was centrally located. If you want to walk around and explore Rome on your own, you can do that from this hotel. For North American travelers, the staff is generally English speaking and super helpful. The Continental breakfast was top-notch, so definitely get a room with breakfast included. The rooftop bar and complementary in-room beverages were a plus! I highly recommend.
Overall, I have no complaints.
