The staff is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and welcoming, specially AnnaLisa and Rosa! They also know how to speak several languages, they're amazing! Breakfast was very good as well.
The room could smell a bit better, the bathroom in particular

Because we was coming with a 3 year old we wanted something central, although this wasnt in the middle of the normal tourist attractions it was perfect, everything is walking distance (13 min walk to Trevi fountain, 18 min to pantheon) and we felt safer being away from massive crowds being on your doorstep and quiet at night time.
The room was small for 3 of us (small triple) and would pay more for a bigger room but the room was fine and manageable for 3 nights. Our room was made up each morning and cleaned which was always to a high standard.
The free breakfast is great and good selection, not to mention eating on a rooftop every morning with a great view. The staff were always a friendly face in the morning and nothing was to much trouble, apart from getting breakfast which is self service you dont need to lift a finger, they are very attentive and can tell they genuinely care about there customers having an amazing stay
There was a young Lady on the desk downstairs who was particularly amazing and friendly, she booked taxis for us, gave us a list of recommendation for food and galato. She would also just go out of her way to make sure we was comfortable and happy
If we come to Rome again there is no doubt we will stay here again and would highly recommended to families or couples
If I was being really picky, I would say the bathroom could of done with a good deep clean but it wasnt dirty enough to make us want to complain or not stay again

Perfect location, staff very kind and always available. The room was clean and new, with all the comforts we needed.
Minor details. since the building itself is a typical old italian condominio, there were few stairs to get to the room and to the rooftop that could be harder for elder people or people with disabilities. However, I am sure that, if informed, the staff will go above and beyond to help and avoid discomfort

Excellent location close to The Colosseum and Monti is a good area, the breakfast was excellent too. The room was clean with plenty of space for three adults. We would stay there again.

I visited for my honeymoon! Choosing this place was the best thing I've ever done during my trip
The accommodation was so clean and everything was good.
Luckily, the room was upgraded, and the kindness of the front desk clerk, Rosa, allowed me to have a happy trip.
If I come back to Rome, I will definitely visit again! Thank you again!!

Charming small hotel in the centre of things. Quite quirky with lots of nice touches. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic location, Monti is a great spot close to Coliseum but not too touristy. Lots of local spots nearby. Not far to Cavour Metro station. 10 min walk to Trevi or Coliseum. Lovely helpful staff. Room was great, very comfy beds and pillows- spacious and air conditioned. Generous breakfast options. We were lucky to be chosen VIP guests so got free room upgrade and a few other cute treats which was sweet. Thoughtful list of suggestions for restaurants and places to go was in room. We went on the free night guided photo tour which was nice and interesting information
I was expecting it but the first floor of second building where our room was is where the lift starts so you have to carry your bag up a flight of stairs. Pack light!

Fabulous location, could see the Colluseum from the breakfast rooftop bar (just!). Staff excellent, very friendly. Organised taxis for us to and from the airport. Perfect stay!

We stayed in Rome for 1 night and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, especially Eliza on reception who was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It would benefit the traveler if there were a place to place toiletries in the bathroom and a place to sit the suitcase, if space allowed.

Perfect location. Breakfast staff were wonderful.
Varying levels of professionalism and hospitality among the front desk. Some seemed to go out of their way to greet you and be helpful, others seemed more interested in talking to their colleagues and seemed like they were bothered with guests.
