Staff spoke English very well. Was very knowledgeable of the area. Kept us informed of our room status at checkin. Rooftop bar was nice and relaxing. The rain shower was very nice.
The room was a little cramped, the elevator broke down for part of our stay and was very small. The stairs were a little slippery. But we didn’t fall on them.

It was a great hotel, in an amazing location - I could walk to most of the major sites with ease. My room was a good size, very clean with great aircon. As a solo stayer, I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel with lovely welcoming and warm staff. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and on the roof with a view of the colosseum. At night it transformed into a bar with great cocktails. Highly recommended!

Great location, very tidy and easy to get around with a nice bar/ restaurant.
The hallways can get a bit noisy at night but the staff are very accommodating let us move rooms upon request.

The staff were excellent and response time to queries prior to arrival was almost immediate. The room was comfortable, well situated and we got breakfast included and it was good value for money.
The lifts were scary!

We were right in the middle of everything while still feeling like we had our own apartment in Rome! The family room was perfect for our family of 3, you cannot beat the location, we loved Monti and the vintage shopping just steps from the hotel.
