This is my 2nd time staying at Santa Chiara, and it never disappoints!!!
The staff are wonderful and accommodating, the rooms are always spotless, and the location is wonderful, super close and walking distance to the main attractions, good shopping etc. Termini station and Trastevere are only a 30 min walk.
A BIG thank you to all the staff and especially Kevin who was so kind throughout my entire stay!

Some of staff are great esp cleaners . They're always so good at cleaning . By the time we're done eith breakfast they're done.
When were stopped from eating with our baby in lobby. We're told to stop eating since we're not allowed and demanded to know our room number. I never heard of a hotel in lobby that is not allowing people to eat .

This is a wonderful hotel. The location is great, just walking distance from all tourists' sites, but the main reason is the staff of this hotel, which are very serviceable, kind, and keeps letting you feel welcome and pleasant during all your stay, at the reception, at the breakfast, housekeeping, etc. We felt that we are treated warmly and welcomed. We also got help with our suitcases without even asking. We extremely enjoyed our stay, which was extraordinary. we will defiantly come back on our next visit to Rome and will warmly recommend on it.

Great location in center of everything. about 50 yards from pantheon - yet quiet.
Breakfast had a great selection - a little crowded on SUN morning but otherwise wonderful.
Lobby nice and good seating area to take a break with a private bar.
The room was on the third floor and frankly a little HOT - we turned the thermostat down as low as it could go, but the heat from below us made it a little too warm.

The reservation and check in process were very easy. Everything was ready upon arrival and staff were very helpful with departure arrangements. The location was great! The room was comfortable with easy connection to WiFi.
The breakfast was a little less than expected. The selections were adequate, but not as good as other comparable hotels. The breakfast area was small making it difficult for guest to access food and the coffee machine was very slow..
