It was very comfortable, clean & quiet. Easy to get to the centre of Rome using metro. The host was very welcoming, helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We really enjoyed the local restaurants - great food and atmosphere. The area is very nice & not very touristy.
It was a bit expensive but thats just Rome I suppose.

It had everything I needed. Good location with shops and services in the area. Host was really pleasant, friendly and accommodating.
Not so close to Publix transport if you don't know the neighborhood.

For an overnight stay it was perfectly adequate. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The communications we received were clear and helpful and geared to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything worked well.
We neglected to note that no breakfast was offered in the rental plan we chose. But that was our fault. We felt uncomfortable using the coffee machine before our early departure since we didn't want to disturb the other guests. It was a bit disconcerting to never meet personally any staff but we realize that that's the way things work now. Also the ramp in the lobby, which we would have used with our two very heavy suitcases, was gated off and therefore inaccessible.

The room was in a peaceful and safe neighborhood and the host was really hospitable. We needed a dryer and as soon as I went out to ask him for one, he had one in his hand.
Mattresses were a little old, it triggered a back pain.

Very conveniently located at 5' of subway station and railway station for Fiumicino airport. Tidy and practical apartment. Coffee machine is a plus. Due to our timetable, we did not have the chance to see our host, but his communication is efficient, most reactive and very nice. You get the feeling that our comfort was of utmost importance for him. The surrounding vicinity is not the most romantic one, but quite nice though and packed with most practical shops and good restaurants.
The price maybe? But as roman prices go, I suppose it would be difficult to expect something cheaper.
