Location was great. The staff was very helpful. I went there with my daughter, who lives in Rome. And she had a huge bag of laundry. They had facilities for us to do her laundry. When we arrived, there was a wonderful lady called Eleonora. She was so helpful and understandıng. I asked her all the questions in the world:=) And she so patiently answered them all. We didnot eat breakfast there. To be honest, it was expensive.
Breakfast could be a little bit reasonable. 20 Euros per person is too much. Two people can have breakfast with that amount outside in a nice cafe. Also, on our departure day, they arranged a taxi to take us to the train station. The driver wanted to take an extra 2 euros from us because we had 2 suitcases. I have never heard it in my life. Of course, we paid it. Because we were inside the taxi and didnot want to create problems. The hotel should talk to the taxi station and make sure hotel customers arenot put into this situation.

The hotel’s location is very good, close to the bus and tram stations, as well as several restaurants and a supermarket. What truly distinguishes the hotel is its staff — they are all extremely friendly and always ready to help in every situation. They work with you to find all possible solutions, whether related to your stay at the hotel or to any questions about the city.
The restaurant staff provide everything with kindness and a smile, and the reception staff are all very respectful. I would especially like to mention a person named Marco, who helped us with many things.
