Wonderful
Very strategic location near the Trastevere station, connected with buses to the city center and with very good and cheap restaurants around with local plates.
The places around the house are not very clean unluckily

Very good location, right next to Trastevere station — very convenient not only for getting to and from the airport but also for beach trips (Santa Severa ~40 min, Santa Marinella just a bit further). The host kindly kept my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. There were also some complimentary snacks and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, great value for money, especially considering the rising prices. Would definitely stay again!

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the hosts—they helped with our luggage, answered all our questions, and gave great tips for exploring Rome. The room was very clean, with a safe, a capsule coffee machine, and daily housekeeping with fresh towels and linens. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras: water, juice, snacks, phone chargers with adapters, umbrellas, and more. We were kindly seen off with help calling a taxi and carrying our bags. A truly comfortable stay—we warmly recommend this place!

I had such a lovely experience at this hotel! The location couldn't be better—almost in the heart of Trastevere, beside the river and surrounded by charming streets, great restaurants, and within walking distance to so many of Rome’s main sights. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.
What truly made my stay special, though, was Luciano. He was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Always ready to help with a smile, offering great tips and genuinely making me feel at home. It's rare to meet someone so thoughtful and warm—he really made a difference.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the whole place had a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I felt at ease throughout my stay and would absolutely come back next time I’m in Rome.
Highly recommended—especially if you want to experience the beauty of Trastevere with the kindest host you could ask for.

The rooms were very spacious, and I was welcomed with various drinks and food. The hosts were extremely helpful, with continuous communication through WhatsApp, and answering any questions almost immediately. The location was very convenient to the public transport system, which I used and was able to get to most parts of the city very quickly. The place is also close to many restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops, as well as supermarkets, so that added convenience definitely helped. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every morning, we were pleasantly surprised by small snacks left for us – not even included in the price – just in time to enjoy with our morning coffee. Such a thoughtful touch!
Communication with the host was flawless – always quick, helpful, and kind. The location itself is ideal if you're looking to experience the real spirit of Rome. On Sundays, there's a huge flea market just a short walk away, and you're also very close to Circo Massimo, the famous Aventine Keyhole view, and the beautiful Orange Garden.
There are amazing pastry shops and restaurants nearby – all recommended by the host – and they truly did not disappoint!
We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, we had a very good sleep. Hosts are very kind. The location is near the center and there is transportation 24/7. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it.

Clean comfortable 1st floor (Yay!) room. Very secure and quiet. No served breakfast but plenty of treats and extras in the room. Best of all just minutes walk to Trastevere Station. Good for early (6am) trip to Fiumicino Airport. Also nearby tram made it easy to get to the center of Rome.
It is not easy to walk in this area - lots of traffic. A small adventure getting to our restaurant in Testaccio (which was great, BTW)

We stayed for 6 night in the guest house. It is located in a quiet residential area with clean room and bed. The host and staff are pleasant and take care of the guest every day if there are no inconveniences. It is a great place to rest for travelers who want to get experience the daily life of Rome.

My trip to Rome was totally unplanned, so I didn't pay much attention to the place itself while booking—it was relatively near the city center, had a decent price, and good reviews, which was all I needed to know—a good start.
It turned out to be PERFECT. The host was super nice, helpful, and responsive. The room was perfectly clean and beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the neighborhood was safe, full of restaurants, bars, and shops, and had an excellent direct transport connection to the city center and the rest of Rome. Also, direct trains from Rome Trastevere station (a 3-minute walk from the place) go to Fiumicino Airport every 15–30 minutes. I will definitely stay here whenever I come to Rome.

Location was great. In my neighborhood of Trastevere, and close to public transportation.
The hosts were super informative and easy to reach. They were always available to answer questions and very professional and cordial.
The hot water was a little problematic, but it was a solvable problem.
Because I actually live in Rome and was loaning my apartment out to friends, I was there only for rest and relaxation. It was very conducive for that!

This place is very peaceful and located in an area where you can go anywhere around without any transport issues. The hosts are super friendly and flexible they allowed me to check in early and check out late because of my flight schedules. They cleaned my room every day, and I had fresh towels and snacks. It is very highly recommended if you are in Rome, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome.
I just struggled a bit with the showers. I felt the hot water wasn't enough for me, but it was okay at the end, and maybe for someone else, it wouldn't be a thing.
