The location and the food
The staff was asked to cut my wife’s birthday cake and put in in the trash they also accused us of not leaving a 450 euro deposit and tried to take it from are card on check out and had staff calling shouting completely ruined my wife’s birthday also didn’t clean are room in 3 days after being asked repeatedly why there was no help with cases to or from the room if your going spend this money stay at the w

Being from Toronto Canada visiting the nobu property many times we all felt the Rome Nobu lacked a style and wow factor expected by Nobu. Food was outstanding.
Service from doormen to front desk everyone seemed clumsy. Cleaning crew were fantastic

The location was perfect—central yet quiet, offering the ideal base for exploring.
The staff were exceptional; their service was impeccable and truly exceeded my expectations for a luxury hotel. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, gentle and professional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.
The room was bright and spacious, beautifully designed for relax.
Both the breakfast spread and the meals at the restaurant were delicious and high-quality experiences.
I highly recommend this hotel; thanks to the outstanding team and superb amenities, it was an exceptional experience overall.

We had a very spacious room with a lovely balcony. Attention to detail is second to none with everything thought of and the highest quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay feel very special. One of the finest luxury lifestyle hotel we have stayed in. Nobu in-room food was amazing too.
