The guest experience staff, Room was spacious and the location is ok
service was inconsistent, requests were often delayed or ignored and overall service felt very basic. Housekeeping was also below standard in terms of cleanliness.

The location was perfect—central yet quiet, offering the ideal base for exploring.
The staff were exceptional; their service was impeccable and truly exceeded my expectations for a luxury hotel. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, gentle and professional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.
The room was bright and spacious, beautifully designed for relax.
Both the breakfast spread and the meals at the restaurant were delicious and high-quality experiences.
I highly recommend this hotel; thanks to the outstanding team and superb amenities, it was an exceptional experience overall.

We had a very spacious room with a lovely balcony. Attention to detail is second to none with everything thought of and the highest quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay feel very special. One of the finest luxury lifestyle hotel we have stayed in. Nobu in-room food was amazing too.

The staff was totally professional and very helpful. The location was excellent, the room was outstanding and the amenities were outstanding. Even though everything was nice about the hotel, the staff is what made the stay OUTSTANDING! Great job.

Room was small and had zero view. We don't mind that the room was small but for what we paid you would think there would at least be a view of the street. They also wanted to charge extra for use of the spa facility and an enormous amount for breakfest
