Breakfast was ok, a lot of choices – sweet & salty too – but I would have expected more quality products.
The room was a bit small, but still okay and comfy. When I entered the windows were open and it was a bit chilly, but since it as late and the heating system was pretty loud I prefered to keep it off.
The pool looks cool, but it was cald and rainy.

Everything about my stay was exceptional - from my encounters with the employees, to my bed (very comfortable!), to the food - I ate at their restaurant and I highly recommend it - excellent food and service. The included breakfast was amazing and delicious!

Clean and comfortable rooms and beds, good showers and bathrooms.
Excellent breakfast.
Convenient location, good bar and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to great views of Rome and the Vatican.

Beautiful and well maintained property. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room and public areas in the hotel were spotless. The breakfast buffet included a wide range of delicious pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, juices, coffee and tea.

The hotel was great. The breakfast and property were wonderful. The walk to town was really nice. We had to taxi back because it's quite a steep walk.
Unfortunately, the room was very loud at night. It was closer to a busy road than I was hoping. And the neighbor across the street had large dogs that barked a lot!

The hotel is beautiful. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. I got in before my room was ready, and I was allowed to store my bag. The breakfast area is lovely with a large variety of foods. The room itself had everything I wanted. The location is a bit out of the way, but close to Janiculum Hill which was a bonus.

Paolo and Karim were amazing! The hotel , grounds and pool were amazing. We had dinner poolside and it was exceptional. They served breakfast but unfortunately we weren't able to eat it as we had plans early every morning. Loved the Ribeye! The front desk staff were very accommodating and ordered us taxis. We were able to leave our luggage and do the early Vatican tour then come back for them. If you go downtown Trastevere be prepared for the long uphill walk home. We took a taxi which was easy to obtain at the taxi stand. You don't want to miss this gem! Thank you so much!

Wonderful
The location of the property was great. The facilities (building, pool and outdoors) were in excellent condition. I would also like to highlight that the breakfast was diverse and of very good quality (non of those powdered scrambled eggs)
The AC control was centralized at the reception. Even though the weather was cool during the night, we couldn’t open the windows because of the mosquitoes) so had to live with the 24.8 C.
Nonetheless, this was not something that would stop us from coming again. Just wanted to make sure they fix it though, which they said they would.

Pool was fabulous, bed comfy and breakfast good. We ate at the pool and were impressed with the food and service tho pricey compared to down the hill. It’s our second stay and we will be back.
Music by the pool - we prefer silence.

Location was nice. Fancy area of the higher Trastevere.
Room was OK. Two windows with nice sunlight and views to the ancient walls and old tress, good a/c, sound-proof. Bathroom was also ok.
The staff was correct. Not a 5star, but nice, in particular breakfast attendants and the girl in the reception during mornings.
A lot to say here:
1) Breakfast is OK, but not of a 250/euro the night place. Coffee machine was good but only one; always queue to serve a coffee. Few choices of bread, they should offer more. Bakery like pau au chocolate ok; cakes not so good. Cereals and fruits ok.
2) The pool is what you pay for (so much), as they don’t usually have in Rome Centre. However, I don’t like the thing of having to cover your head to swim…very old fashioned; invest more in cleaning services rather than asking such a ridiculous thing. Also, the opening time u til 7pm is too short, it should be available till 9 pm, but as the restaurant is behind it, they close the pool for guests to make money with the restaurant. UNACCEPTABLE.
3) There is a rooftop, from which you should be able to see St Peter’s Cathedral/Vatican and most of Rome, also the best sunsets. There are photos of it when you reserve. But it was CLOSED. Due to “maintainance”. They should warn you. It is somethibg for which you may have decided to stay there. If I knew it would be closed, then I may have reserved some other place.
4) TOO EXPENSIVE for what they offer. It is not a 275-euro/night hotel, without hesitation it isn’t.

The hotel and grounds are spotless and well maintained. I learned that this used to be a monastery and later became a hotel. The art is wonderful, breakfast and staff are kind. Transportation from airport was arranged by the hotel.
I specifically booked this hotel for use of the pool and sun beds as I knew the temps would be high during our stay. I would have taken advantage of this amenity including their bar at the poolside., however there is a 30 euro charge per person in addition a cap is required(hotel provides).
