The room was great, exactly what we wanted. Staff were very pleasant. Location is close enough to the city to walk and sight see, but far enough away to find some peace. My father was using a mobility scooter and he had no difficulty accessing the room, his bathroom or the other hotel amentieis.
It is a great hotel, no notes.

Location, close to center.
Totally not worth it. The staff were indifferent and arrogant. Did not provide any iron or steamer to iron the clothes upon request for the whole week I stayed. Excuse - "all steamers already taken". The bath had fracture marks on it/broken, the shower water would not shut off properly, there were some disgusting smelly dry flowers in the room smelling up the place. The premium deluxe room was so small there was not even any desk space. The lights or AC would turn off without any trigger. A cheap motel, while a 100 times cheaper would have been a better stay. Also, all services are obnoxiously overpriced. They even by default add a tip for the stay to staff, cannot make this up.

We didn't really utilize any of the facilities offered by the hotel. We had breakfast there daily, and it was very good. The location is great for those visiting the Vatican.

This is a fabulous oasis in the middle of Rome. Staff was outstanding, particularly Sarah from the SPA, who made us feel so welcome and appreciated. She really transformed our stay at the hotel, which has an amazing spa. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

Very nice hotel, easy walking distance to the Vatican and a pretty easy walk to the other areas of Rome. Having a nice pool in the middle of Rome seemed like a rare treat! The staff and amenities were great.

Fantastic location Lovely standard of luxury in the rooms, spa and restaurant. Staff were very attentive professional and friendly Perfect place for a luxury stay in Rome within walking distance of all the sights
I can’t comment on the pool as it was early spring. The layout is a bit awkward because of the hillside location but you soon got used to the different levels and corridors. The breakfast area felt a bit clinical and empty - would have been nicer to use the more comfortable upholstered restaurant area.

Property is beautiful. The staff was nice
Room was ok, the bed was a bit hard for our liking but I think most beds in Europe are. They did put a topper on for us and that helped. And the door to the toilet didn’t latch. The coffee maker when we got there didn’t work but they replaced immediately. Did feel it was a bit overpriced especially for the “view”

One of the best days we’ve had in our adult life. The staff made it a point to know our names at every turning point throughout the hotel. Hotel is top tier one hotel. If the hotels in United States could figure out how they do it at this hotel in Italy it’d be unbelievable to take a trip here in the United States
