The location is ideal and within walking distance of many historic sites and attractions. It was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge and had a nice bath tub and shower. We had a 2 twin room on the 2nd floor. The staff downstairs were helpful and the check-in was easy. You recieve key codes for your room and outer doors. They do have a small elevator to bring up luggage. The only possible concern is noise from the nearby road. However, I'm a very light sleeper and I slept fine with a set of earplugs. The room is decently sound proofed. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again when in Rome.
No complaints. I am a light sleeper and was not bothered by the nearby road noise.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always happy to give directions and their recommendations for restaurants were spot on. Hotel is spotless and the location is excellent
This is a small hotel so dont expect the facilities of a large hotel eg restaurant or bar area but the location and the staff more than make up for this. There are ample cafes, bars, restaurants around to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner

Tucked away in the side streets of Rome is a hidden gem.
Upon arrival the staff give you a map and detailed advice on how best to spend your time.
Valeria in particular was so helpful but all the staff are extremely accommodating. They even organised my taxi to the airport in the morning (not free fyi)
Room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities you could ask for.
Would stay again!
Minor inconvenience but the wifi I was meant to connect to was not the best - however I connected to the floor below mines and it was perfect after that.

The location is excellent! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rome without once having to take a taxi or public transport (except to and from the airport). There are small shops close by as well as restaurants. We had an apartment for 6 people and a separate room for 2. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Big, fully equipped, comfortable, clean, two bathrooms with showers. The room was a good hotel room but next time we'd ask for a room with a shower as the bath wasn't very practical to take showers in. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked about local dining options and when we needed to book a taxi from and to the airport.
There is a big road between the property and the river which is very noisy if you open the windows on that side. It didn't bother us when the windows were closed but we live in a town and are used to some background noise. It may bother some people who are very sensitive to noise.
