A fully renovated property with very attentive hosts/managers who took care of all the details to make our stay most enjoyable. The unit had very good air conditioning with a very large king bed. Also the bathroom was exceptionally clean with very luxurious towels, bath slippers and toiletries. The property is centrally located and in a relatively quiet area.
Despite being in a quiet area, it is located adjacent to a busy street. Our host was aware of my request for a quiet room (as I am light sleeper) and made arrangements to give us the most quiet one as well as ear plugs. Even so, I did hear a siren once/twice during the night, but I was able to continue sleeping and got a great rest each night due to the very comfortable bed. So the busy street is a minor nuisance and I recommend advising the host of your needs when you book. They are trying very hard to make sure you have a most comfortable stay with them.

For us the location was perfect! The neighborhood was great, the apartment well stocked and very comfortable. The rooms were quiet with personal AC units for custom control. The bathroom was gorgeous and housekeeping was amazing.
It’s out of the control of the managers, but the security buttons are a bit high on the entrance so it’s not easy to protect the code from watching eyes.

The first night went well, we got one out of two nights' sleep due to the fire alarm going off all night the 2nd night.
Easy, some of the staff made it clear they HATE AMERICANS. Our fire alarm went off in the room for over 2 hours at midnight till 2:35 A.M., hot water stopped working, and we could not shower; all plug outlets were not working, and the TV's were not working. We called the emergency number, but that was not connecting to anyone. When we finally got an email from the site, we messaged and were told, "Be patient, it is 2 am. Some of us are sleeping. This is not an American Hotel, you don't expect us to just get up and fix it." Then they blamed US. said WE used too many outlets, and the joke of that was, WE HAD NOTHING AT ALL PLUGGED IN! , AND there were ants all over the apartment, but we dared not tell them due to them making it clear they HATE AMERICANS! NO APOLOGIES EITHER.

The apartment was a perfect location for exploring Rome! We were able to walk to most of the city’s highlights with our two children. It was very convenient to be able to walk back for a siesta if we needed a break. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It was also one of the few apartments that had twin beds in one of the bedrooms for our children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We already have booked them again when we return in a few weeks!

Location was great. We walked everywhere. Place was sparkling clean, new, modern, comfortable beds, on the firm side (which i like because I have a bad back).Two bathrooms with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Reception is wonderful! Super helpful!
If you are a light sleeper, may not be the place for you. Windows in the bedrooms are right on a main road and sirens all night long. So many sirens. I guess… main road + big city = sirens. The only other thing I would have liked would be a bath tub. After a long day of walking and walking and walking I would have liked to relax in a bath tub. Having mentioned those two things I still would stay here again.

We loved the area. Close enough to most sights but tucked away in a quieter neighborhood. Grocery store, pharmacy, Cafe, and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff were excellent. Helpful and kind! We felt so lucky to come "home" after being out all day. I will be recommending Ganafalone 6!

The location was perfect! Accommodation is in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to the main sites. It’s in a very central location, but yet has a quiet Italian residential vibe. Lots of great restaurants, bars nearby.

Overall a great place. The staff was wonderful! Accommodating, friendly and so so helpful. They arranged cars for us on a holiday and was reasonably priced. It’s a very walkable location as well. Uber/taxis were easy for longer rides. Lots of caffe/espresso pods.

Location was wonderful! Everything walking distance- a little over a mile to Vatican, Pantheon, and Colosseum. Also nearby restaurants and shopping. Greeted warmly by staff and although apartments someone there during daytime hours for questions and concerns. Apartment very clean and up to date. Highly recommend. Would stay again.
Slight noise in AM from morning rush. Otherwise slept well.
