Wonderful
The room was spacious, staff helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.. We liked the feel and atmosphere of the place and particularly enjoyed the roof terrace in the mornings. The surrounding area felt safe and it was a great location-close to train station and good restaurants. We have stayed in generator hostels in London and Copenhagen and this was the best by far
Only thing that would have improved the experience would have been if there was access to the roof terrace in the afternoon or evening. But this is a minor thing

Property perfectly located for a bump and run visit to Rome. Its clean, staff are friendly, locker system works well.
It is expensive, but so is Rome

Loved the staff, lounge, rooftop breakfast and bar during the evenings. Room was keept clean every day and towels were always clean. Location close to main train station, very close to metro and great coffee places arround
Bathroom had rust and black mold, also window was not fully keeping the outside noise if those things would not be present the stay would be perfect

Thin walls, not so confortable bed. I've stayed in other generators before and this one was the worst in terms of rooms, terrible breakfast for 8 euros

Front desk staff were lovely
Expensive for that it is, area isn't the best, roof terrace never open unless breakfast or after 6pm so u cant do work up there in the day. Food drinks expensive just to out, seems like HQ issues as all staff were lovely. Lockers expensive and don't fit luggage and carry on so you have to get two etc. Key cards have issues. Its fine is what it is.

The Room was very clean, they give you clean towels every day , and clean the room if you request it.The staff was very nice.
We had a little problem, the wc water didn't work, but they fixed it immediately whenever it needed.
The price too hight fie the conditions.

The dorm is spacious for the number of beds and the locker is good enough to store your belongings. The bathroom is clean overall. The service was friendly and helpful, but overall not very welcoming. Shower is good and the bed is comfy.
Water leaks into the bath, leaving the entire bathroom floor flooded. There are no curtains on the beds for privacy. The rooftop bar has the highest prices I've ever seen for a hostel. Termini or Coliseum are a short walking distance, and depending on the time of day it is better to use a scooter or bicycle, but I didn't feel unsafe.

Staff, location, good ambience, on-site laundry.
As I need to refrigerate medication, lack of a refrigerator was a concern. One small annoyance was key card not working a few times.

Location is great, close to central station. Comfortable beds, perfect for a great night sleep after day of sightseeing. Helpful staff. Better rooms than in any other hotels nearby.

The hostel is very clean and beautiful, the have a rooftop for you to meet new people and feel the vibe ( but the food is just fine) , Im staying in 4 female dorm and its a big one , everybody can open the suitcase !
Also the AC is good , very comfy.
Closed to the termini station and other Metro A!
Have laundry room for you 4 for wash and 4 for dry ! Worth it !
That area is terrible, many people stayed around and stared at you even blew the whistle, but they wont get closer to you(maybe)
You just need to past 1 district and everything would be fine.
Dont go to termini station way , but the metro behind you.

Great location as close to Termini station and a walking distance to the main attractions. Staff were very lovely. Felt safe as had a box for luggage storage in the room and a key card. Working elevator, given a towel and overall a pleasant atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and there was air conditioner in the room.

Disappointing
There are two bathrooms in the room for 6 person. Beds are clean. Room is also clean. There is more than enough space for personal stuff and backpack. People at lobby were nice. Terrace cafe is nice i gave this results just because of nice behaviour of people. Otherwise probably i would give 2
Beds are clean and nice but you need to spread bedsheet yourself. They just put one to bed without spreading. I guess next level is bringing your own or diy style stuff... Prices are high like all hostels in Roma compared to what you get. There is no water pressure at shower mine was barely flowing. Showerhead-like bidet wasn't working at all. There was some waterflow from ceiling of toilet. Idk if it is the piss of upper floors toiler or something else.
