Staff was friendly and the location was very convenient for us since we took the train to and from the airport as well as to Tuscany. Good restaurants nearby too and not as touristy as the areas near the Vatican/Trevi Fountain/etc.
The prices were high because of busy season, but the hotel just didn't feel worth it for what we had to pay.

Good location, was listed as hotel but it was a hostile. We were given a total bill amount at booking but was charged $50 more at checkout
Good location to train, bus terminal but cabs and buses are expensive and traffic is horrible driving up delays and costs.

The lady at the reception who greeted us was friendly and accommodating. Since we had to leave early, we were offered a substitute for the included breakfast at a nearby coffee shop, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room's comfort level is decent.
The soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor—you can clearly hear other guests throughout the night. If your room is near the reception area, it’s even worse. Although the property states on booking.com that check-in ends at 10 PM, guests were being checked in well past midnight, in violation of their policy. We were in the closest room and were awakened around 12:20 AM by loud voices, noise, and light from the reception area.
What made it particularly upsetting was the staff member’s reaction—rather than addressing the noise or showing concern for our sleep, he yelled at my wife. We recorded the incident and were unable to fall back asleep afterward.
Attempts to seek a refund through the property and Booking.com were met with indifference. Paying $300 for what was supposed to be a comfortable night’s rest, but ending up sleepless is simply unacceptable. This was an extremely disappointing experience and was the main reason for our lowest rating.
After this incident, I will never use Booking.com again, as they clearly do not stand behind their customers when problems like this occur.

Great accommodation in Rome!
Very helpful hosts at reception. The room was very clean, with excellent water pressure in the shower, great air conditioning during a very hot week in Rome, and a very comfortable bed. Slippers were also provided, which is greatly appreciated. The B&B is very safe; there are four locked doors to get through to get to your room!

The property was exceptional. It was our first time in Italy and first time booking through the app. Highly recommend them! Clean, great location by Termini, and walking (20 mins) to the fountain and pantheon. Has a cute elevator too.

For a low budget hotel, it had a LOT going for it. The shower was excllent and had good water pressure. The soaps and little amenities exceeded what budget olaces usually have. The bed was new and reasonably comfortable. And the aircon worked great. It was also very clean. It is a small place and on an inner courtyard so it was quiet. Finally, the street it is on is clean and nice, with some good restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again, especially en route between destinations.

The accommodation is not far from the train station, about 500 meters. It is convenient if you have luggage.Because there is an elevator. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is clean. Most importantly, the owner is very friendly and provides breakfast. I recommend you to stay here.
