Great location by Roma train station 7 minute walk, great breakfast delivered to our room, clean and quiet, air conditioning worked great and also if you wanted you could open window for a city view….Carmella at the reception desk upon check out was the perfect host.. would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Excellent location and very very clean, and amazing wonderful staff , that was the most important; it’s next to a. Well known pizza place in Rome and next to the station of termini.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold but it was okay.
Also Breakfast is served to your room, thanks to the staff ! no dining room, you pick your food from the night before and not a lot of options.

An excellent place to stay! It is strategically located near restaurants and grocery stores, making everything highly accessible. The owner is exceptionally kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is fantastic—very generous portions with a wonderful variety of spreads. Exceptional hospitality.

Very close to Roma Termini. (6 mins walk) There are near by markets that open late. Also there is an ‘wash-n-fold’ laundromat near by.
The ‘La Familia’ restaurant is very popular. I didn’t get to try but the food looks great.
The overall room is very small. Breakfast will be brought to your room on a cart every morning. (you make the selection the day before.)

Staff was friendly and the location was very convenient for us since we took the train to and from the airport as well as to Tuscany. Good restaurants nearby too and not as touristy as the areas near the Vatican/Trevi Fountain/etc.
The prices were high because of busy season, but the hotel just didn't feel worth it for what we had to pay.
