Fantastic location and amazing rooms. Large suite with living/dining space and separate bedroom. The bathroom is smartly designed and very attractive. Service was super helpful and friendly. In-room breakfast was nice and delivered promptly (as ordered)
We requested a stopper for the claw bathtub but never received. Our fault for not following up - we were busy touring Rome! This was the only miss for us. The tub was amazing and deserved to be used!

Spacious rooms, very quiet (we slept with the window open!) and I loved the curated vintage furnishings and bar space downstairs. Service was great - someone was always there to welcome us. It’s a super cool hotel and it’s located in an amazing spot to see all of Rome.
Breakfast communication was a little funky. There was a card to select food, coffee, and delivery time to bring the food to the room in the morning - very cool! But then we didn’t receive a second card for the following day. But the little Lavazza machine in the room makes a great coffee!

Loved the location and authenticity of the hotel. I have stayed here a few times and love the room and bathroom especially! Love that shower.
Unfortunately, the guest above me flooded their room and there was water damage to mine; I was moved without first notifying me, and the room was not the size nor equivalent of my first room. No discount was offered .

Location is first rate.
Unbelievably noisy in the morning from the cleaning staff moving furniture starting at 8 or 9 AM. Bed was as hard as a rock and comically uncomfortable. In short - I can’t wait to get home so I can actually get a good night sleep.

Really nothing. Gentle suggestions: maybe a magnifying mirror and rooms; and maybe light music always playing in the lobby.

everything else. no response to emails, lights suddenly not working. easy to have delicate towels ripped, safe busted, horrible breakfast in contracted nearby restaurant, no tissue box in the room even when i asked for one. i loved this hotel in my previous visits so i was very disappointed

We love staying near Piazza Navona, it’s a great neighborhood. The staff was nice. The room was clean. The shower was good.
It doesn’t really feel like a hotel. The lobby is a small corridor behind what looks like a bar area, that no one seems to use. While the front of the building faces a cute square and shopping street, the rooms are actually on the back side of the building. Facing directly into another building, we didn’t have the windows/curtains open. We were in a “junior suite” which just had a little room between the bathroom and bedroom. It was *very* pricey for what it is.

That rustic old style might be uncomfortable specially for the bathroom, towels were the annoying super thin kind.
