The location was very convenient. It’s was right across from Ponte Galeria stop and just a few stops to go to the city center. The properly had everything we needed plus more. There were a grocery store and a supermarket close by as well. Very convenient. Also a lot quieter location compared to our stay in Rome city center.

I arrived and I found the location warm, the heaters have been switched on before my arrival.
Staff on WhatsApp always replied straight away
The hot water was not working properly in the morning I couldn’t take a shower which was really annoying.
Also the bathroom has mould in the ceiling.

It’s not so clean, shower has moles. Overall is not so comfortable and the garbage was down stairs and full. The neighborhood is not so nice

Host was a very sweet person, and even had left the AC working before our arrival so the room would be a good temperature for when we arrived. The room os large with a decent balcony and plenty of windows. The kitchen had everything for cooking or drinking at the apartment. The apartment was just a few steps from the train station, making it very easy to commute to central locations, but also to the airport. There is a supermarket and a 247 bar nearby.

Apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed for our stay. Owners were only a message away if we had any queries and replied promptly.
Had a problem with the gated access on the first day, however the owners were great and sorted the problem.

Good location for getting to airport. Food and coffee near by too.
Wished there was an umbrella on the patio so we could sit outside. It was too hot to not be in the shade.

The host was very kind and communicative and did her best to help us with check out a bit later.
The apartment was 3 min walk from the train.
The apartment was not similar at all to the photos in the main page of the property in booking.
The kitchen was broken including the tap.
The neighborhood smelled bad.
The terrace was very dirty and the sunshade was broken.
The facility in the kitchen was old and poor (for example - just one tea spoon, broken plates etc)
The space doesn’t fit to 5 people, maybe 4.
There were no place at all hanging towels.

The apartment is super small. It is close to the train station but the area is super bad. I don’t recommend to stay there with your family. It is not a place to stay for people who is not from the area.
The location, the building, the people around. The apartment super small. The couches are not comfortable.
