Great location, comfortable room!
We were celebrating my mother’s birthday. The staff was exceptional by wishing her birthday, arranging the restaurant bookings at the last minute. Super super helpful, professional and kind. I’d go back just for the staff .

Was friendly team, very helpful and room was beautiful.
Was extremely warm in the room (apparently reception can modify the room temperature). We had to sleep with open window, which was extremely loud. Only after the night we informed the reception about this and they informed us they can 'play' with the temperature....Shame it was already in the morning after...

Hotel location and facilities were excellent . The staff were friendly , supportive and helpful . Suite decoration was excellent and the bathroom was specious and had all the amenities required .
The only challenge was the cleaning which was satisfactory.

Location and size of the room.
Curtains were not closing properly, things were not repaired like toilet heating rack controller dropped off from rack, showers were not hot for a long time.

Absolute perfection. This was one of the nicest suites I’ve stayed in my travels and to top it off our suite (generously upgraded) was iconic, where legends have stayed. The shower was a work of art with beautiful slabs of marble that felt unworldly. The bed and pillows were too comfy leading to heavenly sleep. Every detail from the furniture and lighting was perfect, down to the check in process with notebooks and stamps! Loved our stay and will without a doubt be back when in Rome!
