Every thing was perfect! The hotel building, staff was incredible, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was great and well served. Eleonora, Vitoria and Frederica were so nice!! In fact all staff was great including private transfer, Zuma restaurant.
I got an upgrade and my room was a dream come true. Fendi furniture, anazing amenities, presents, a beautiful welcome gift and fresh flowers. Water, coffee, chocolates and cookies were available and tea served at night. 10!!! Amazing experience! Will come back soon.

Location was amazing. You can go almost everywhere by walking. Cleaning was perfect, staff was kind. This hotel worths what it costs
The breakfast menu was weak, because of that we had to eat the same things everyday
