This charming hotel is a 5-minute walk from Termini Train Station, where both metro lines, trains, and city busses are available. Quick friendly checkin! Place to store luggage if you arrive too early for check-in. The lovely rooftop breakfast room, with a lovely view, yummy breakfast, great location, comfy bed, everything except the wifi.
Many times you could couldn't even get on the wifi, a message about capacity reached. Ok when connected. Needs upgrading I think.

Pleasant room with city view. 24 hour reception and helpful staff. Roof top terrace for breakfast with city views was lovely. Great way to start the day in Rome.

Great location, 5 min walk from Termini, bus stops, metro and 20 from Trevi, Villa Borghese etc. Considering that Italian breakfast is croissant and coffee, breakfast at the hotel was perfect - coffee, cacao, tea, yogurts, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, tomatoes, small mozzarella and whole variety of sweet pastry. Nearby is Conad supermarket and many restaurants. Hotel personnel was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. There is a kettle and a small fridge in the room. Beds are comfortable. When we stayed in Rome it was 13-15 degrees C, so cannot comment air-conditioning.
Soundproofing could be better, but it was not crucial.

I liked this hotel so much! Clean, very friendly guy at the breakfast, adorable breakfast: scrambled eggs, veggies, charcuteries, lots of pastries, wonderful view! Clean rooms, very clean bed (thanks for staff). Rooms are small, but its central part of Rome. I really enjoyed!

The rooms were cleaned, and comfortable.
The Internet (WI-FI) did not work - constantly re-connecting and entering passwords. Very limited breakfast. No AC until May. Receptionist was unfamiliar with the area. Very surprised with substantial "city fees" at checkout!

Location and staff was good. if you stay here. Many places are within 15 to 20 min walking distance. Food joints are plenty close to hotel... Bus 492 took us almost everywhere... Desi Junta:: Agar 7k ke niche yeh room mile toh theek hai..
I found the air conditioning system to be unsatisfactory. When attempting to cool the room by opening a window, the noise level escalated due to the hotel's location on a busy main road, which serves as a key bus route. Additionally, during early mornings or late evenings, the sound of city garbage trucks moving further contributed to the disturbance.

The hotel is located next to the train station, a 5-minute walk away. Everything you need is in the area, within walking distance you can reach a lot of attractions. There is a bus station next to the hotel, it is very convenient to get around with the Roma pass. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are very clean.

A great location, the central train station is a 5 minute walk away, excellent restaurants on the next street and a large Conad supermarket is a few minutes walk too. You can walk to all sightseeing locations if youre fit and able. Its a clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, we asked for extra blankets and were provided with them straight away. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Kettle in room.
They need to install another hot drinks machine in the breakfast room as the queue for hot drinks was crazy! At the very least a hot water only machine for those wanting tea. The croissants were cold and stodgy. A disappointment for us as we love a croissant for breakfast when on holiday! The room layout was quite small, but overall it didnt cause an issue.. just beware if you have lots of luggage.
