the location was excellent because it is at a bus station serving many routes of touristic interest and close to tram. There are mid-priced restaurants close by.
It was sometimes awkward to get to the front door because of the people waiting for the buss

Would have been helpful if I was told how to use the keycard to turn on the lights. That was very frustrating.

Great location. My room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. With the exception of one female employee, everyone was friendly and extremely helpful.
I did not have a view in my room. I was looking at a brick wall but honestly, I was not in my room long enough to care. All of the staff was great except one female. She was not helpful when asked questions and clearly seemed bothered when I asked for help.

The bed and the pillows were not comfortable.
I didn’t like the room 301 however it’s not the hotel mistake, I requested for a quiet room so unfortunately there was no view and it’s very dark, to be fair the staff offered to change it but we were lazy to do so, plus I believe the breakfast could be better

The location is very good. Walked to many attractions in 20 min. The bus stop is at the front door. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Upon check in I was given a map of the local sites and recommendations. Lovely woman at the front desk. I forget her name. Our room was huge, beautiful tall ceilings the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Beautifully renovated bathroom covered in marble, a heated towel rack and a wonderful view of the street. The windows are wrapped in sound proof closures and block out the noise and light. I loved this so much as when we got back to our rooms we had the most peaceful nights rest. It's location is absolutely central to EVERYTHING!! Steps to Largo Del Argentina - the steps where Julius Cesar was assassinated. About a 15 minute walk to Trevi and 6 minute walk to the Pantheon. We opted to taxi to Colleseum, Spanish Steps and the Vatican. FIVE STAR HOTEL !!!
