Location location location! Staff was great and very helpful checking us in earlier after a long flight, booking shuttles and giving us recommendations. Very clean, quiet, great AC, good breakfast, very good rooms, great bathrooms, well equipped.
You can’t beat walking out and being close to restaurants, mini-market, the Pantheon, bus station etc etc
The only thing, when you first go to the hotel, the entrance is usually completely hidden by the mass of people waiting for the bus in the bus station. we missed the entrance a couple of times.
Would not hesitate to stay here every time I am in Rome.

The hotel location is excellent! There’s a bus stop right outside and you can basically walk to the main attractions.
I was also celebrating my birthday and they sent me a special surprise which I thought was very nice!

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. It was within walking distance of most of the major attractions.
I stayed there for three nights and spent every day visiting the major attractions. Since it was very hot outside, I had to wash my hair every night, but the hotel didn’t provide conditioner. In addition, the comforter had a noticeable sweat odor, which made it unpleasant to sleep.

Nothing that staff can control. No wall or staff can stop neighbors were inconsiderate of others, making noise at late hours of the night like talking in the hallway, yelling and screaming in room, etc.

The location is the best,
The staff was kind and helpful and always with a smile.
The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was amazing.
Cleaning service was a bit lacking in the shower, but the rest was clean and tidy.
The breakfast is a bit lacking as well.
But we found what to eat every day.

The location was THE BEST! Bus stop just outside the hotel. Largo di Torre Argentina ruins (where Julius Caesar was assassinated) half block away! Walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps…
Hotel staff were amazing! So friendly & helpful - several times we would end up in interesting conversation with them. The last day they held our luggage until 8:30 pm for free. Room was great and there is a roof top patio!
And…buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had.
…that we had to leave.

Location, location, location. the hotel is 5 minutes away from the pantheon, 10 from trevi and testevere and the bust stops literally at the door of the hotel if you wanna venture deeper into rome.
The room is spacious and the beds were comfortable
The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, everything is literally falling apart, Anything you touch is loose and uneven. We were literally praying every time we open and close the closet that it wont come apart. also the bathtub is super high, you really have to climb to get inside
