Excellent location and amazing team of helpful staff-from front desk, to house keeping and breakfast staff, wonderful friendly welcoming experience!! Thank you for giving us an easy pleasant experience! Also, thank you for helping us with an early check in, as well as a room with a terrace! You were all so wonderful and accommodating! Thank you!
Some of the facilities do require an update along with decor- carpet in hallways as well as fabric wall covering do require either a thorough cleaning or complete replacement. The owner should be very grateful for having such a wonderful team that makes up for any of the physical improvements that really should be considered.

Room small but comfortable, some street noise (but it is in central Rome).

Location was superb. 10-15 min walk to the Pantheon and old Rome. ~20 from the Colosseum. Also liked friendly staff; Katia and Martina went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. And lastly, breakfast was well worth the extra cost- it was an extensive spread of Italian breakfast items. If there is any question, throw in the breakfast. I would recommend staying here again.
Room was tiny; on busy street; but surprisingly not loud after dark.

Lovely authentic Italian hotel. The beds were incredibly comfy and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Only issue was that our room was on the side of the street which was very loud. Didnt sleep well the first night because it was so noisy but managed to get some earplugs for the second night which helped.

The room was standard size for Italy. Although the double bed was two connected singles, we found it comfortable. The bathroom is fine, although the showers could be modernised. All staff were helpful and friendly. The honesty bar on the roof terrace was great.
No tea or coffee making facilities. The actual bar downstairs was never open while we were there.
