Central location, beautiful clean room, lovely roof top terrace, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful front desk staff.
AC in the room was chilly and didn't seem to respond to adjusting the thermostat. A bit noisy from sirens and people outside.

Location was excellent for seeing most major sites by walking. Bus option was right outside hotel. Lots of eating options. Staff were very helpful.

Loved the location despite having the bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
The room and bathroom were a good size for European standards. Staff was very attentive to assist with restaurant reservations, bus routes, scheduling our taxi to the airport etc
We didn’t include breakfast in our hotel rate and glad we didn’t. We ate there once and the food was just okay.

Rooms were renovated, clean and comfortable with AC that worked. Well thought out, plugs under mirror, in washrooms, and beside bed, Safe and fridge, and a kettle with tea and coffee Shower had good pressure. The buffet breakfast had plenty of cold and hot choices. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful with making taxi reservations for us.
It’s just a small thing but after a long day of walking, it would have been nice to keep up on English news like BBC or CNN. Those channels would be a welcome addition to give a 10/10 experience

The location was perfect, the bus station was right outside the entrance and we could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go.
Wish the breakfast started sooner as most of our tours were first thing in the morning and we missed the breakfast we paid for.

This hotel is very centrally located, in close walking to distance to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The hotel itself is beautifully classic, feeling very picturesque while it had some good updated amenities like strong, working AC and elevators. Staff was also very friendly and accommodated a slightly early check-in for us — while also ensuring our whole party was on the same floor. The rooftop offered beautiful city views.
The one drawback is the acoustics. We are city folk (I've lived in NYC and London all my life) – so I'm used to sleeping through loud noises. I had read some reviews about the noise and wasn't worried as that typically doesn't bother me. However, the issue isn't the external noise – it's the internal noise! We were on the second floor and, at least there, the walls are paper thin. You hear every little noise in your room that comes from the hallways — people talking, doors shutting, babies crying. It was impossible for us to sleep past 7am, as once the cleaning staff started making rounds – you could hear all that associated noise (vacuums, etc). Our party had three other rooms on the floor and everyone had a similar issue. I would recommend this hotel add some carpeting as the floors are all tiles which looks nice, but likely doesn’t help with the sound carrying. And they need to find better ways to sound proof the door frames so they close gently. The hotel is so charming, and I understand that they want to retain the old/classic feel – but we stayed in a different hotel on our second leg that was also old and we did not have this issue.

The people were kind. It is very well located & the breakfast was very good.
The room was very clean but very claustrophobic. No window to speak of as it was shuttered & I was not able to look out at all. This was probably just my problem as I do suffer from claustrophobia & had a hard time sleeping.

Great location - all the city buses go by. Close to the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, shortish walk to the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. Great staff, comfy bed, good sized bathroom.

The location. In the middle of everything we wanted to see. The rooftop patio. Our room had our own patio also. Great breakfast.
Bus stop right in front of the door. Very small elevators but that is expected in buildings built before elevators.

It was a great location right by the action and new a bus and taxi stop. Very good home base. The staff were nice and allowed us to check in early. The room was also clean too which is a good thing
At some point during the night, our AC stopped working and it got unbelievably hot in it. It went back on at 8am but this was not a good experience. We tried to open a window but it was so humid out and there was no breeze, that it made it worse, I kept trying to turn it down but was unable to. On top of that, I tried to brush my teeth one night but the water from the sink was incredibly salty, I had to spit it out and walk downstairs to request bottle water. It was very unpleasant. Also the walls were paper thin, so you can hear everybody, which the hotel advertises as “soundproof”.

The location was amazing. Close to everything and really easy to get an Uber or taxi when needed. The room was big and comfortable. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and helping with transportation needs. We didn’t eat breakfast there so no comment of that.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful
When we arrived we were assigned to a room that was already occupied. The elevators are very narrow, feels like a coffin. Will only fit one person with luggage and carry on. The entrance is in front of a very busy bus stop. Taxis will drop you off a little bit away from the front entrance. The shower door didn’t close properly so water would pour out of shower onto the floor.

Our room was clean and very good size. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of beverage and food to choose from.
We were told that their was a lift but we were given a room which still had 8 stairs to reach. Made it difficult for us.
