Really nice location and kind staff.
The door is so thin and does not close fully, so I had light and quite a bit of sound coming in through the entire night. The bed was placed right up against the wall leading to the hall way so I would wake up several times during the night with the sound of people standing right next to me.

Not really suitable for people taking the lift as lift is tiny and plenty of steps

Excellent location with easy walking distance to Pantheon, Campo de Fiori, Vatican, Colosseum, etc. We used the taxi stand just a few yards from entrance every morning to go to our activity for the day , and then returned by foot. Great way to see everything. Grom gelato and Il Delfino coffee shop right across the street from the hotel. Hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained.
Only negatives, which are not the managements fault, are the noisy people on the street in front of the hotel as late as 4:30am and the bus stop directly in the entrance to the hotel. We asked for a quieter room after the first night and it was wonderful. As for the bus stop, we would sometimes have to make our way through throngs of people just to enter. If you are using the bus to get around it will probably be fine for you. We only used taxis or walked.

Location and staff were the best. Breakfast was really good and well kept.
The bus stop in front of door we kept missing the entrance amidst people waiting for bus.
