Location in reality was a little further out from the center of Rome than I thoight when booking.

Hello to all tourists who will read this text in the future, I stayed in this hotel for one night, the hotel looks good from the outside until I entered the room, the air condition did not work and we could not sleep due to the heat, the room was very old, the bathroom And the shower was broken. Also, he charged us twice for city tax. In my opinion, it was one of the worst hotels I've ever seen, robbery in broad daylight and really bad quality that doesn't match the pictures inside at all.

Friendly staff and clean rooms
The steps that you have to carry your heavy luggages. Needed to build at least a ramp so it is easy to bring the luggages to the room. Also the area where you have to load the luggage to your car is not concrete, it is muddy and got mud all over my cloth

Lovely decor and very clean
I arrived the night before a planned tour. After checking in I was told I would be unable to eat at the hotel because they had a function and there was no room in the dining room( I was travelling alone). It was a Sunday evening and the only food available locally was a sandwich from the local filling station. There are no bar facilities at the hotel. The swimming pool was closed and the gym and tennis courts were only available at extra cost. The hotel charges city centre prices but is a long way out from the centre of Rome which is only accessible by a half hour bus ride or taxi. Not recommended
