Disappointing
Breakfast was okay.
Side road leading to the hotel was had water settlements.
WIFI in the room was horrible. I had to always go nearer to the Reception for a good service.

Pleasant
I booked this hotel as I had work in the hospital, and this worked well as it was only a few minutes away. Some of the staff were also very cheerful and welcoming
The beds are not comfortable. The walls are so thin it sounds like people are in your room. The breakfast was dire.

It had excellent transport links. I was able to get a very early bus 4 mins walk from the hotel to 15 mins walk to Trevi Fountain (913N). It’s very cost effective, clean and a great breakfast.
It would have been nice if there was a proper restaurant on site. I also wasn’t aware of a snack vending machine until I took the wrong floor.

The main positive things are green view and the breakfast with varieties especially sweets & cakes.
Also, restaurant staff are very helpful with excellent service.
Location is too far from the downtown, no facilities even hot drinks inside the room

Trying to find anything that wasn't good. :')
Maybe it would be good to make a small discount for gym for people in hotel that don't have gym included, just my thought.

Disappointing
Breakfast it was okay not high .
Location I can give a one star, hotel location in narrow road and far from bus station . If you go with the kids is not good location. It is so far from center of city
I don’t like that hotel because no restaurant in the hotel. No food room service at all. If you have a kids you late time you arrive in the hotel no food . It has small bar but just toast small sandwich.
I asked resection about restaurant he said you can order from out side, I know we can but if you go to vacation you want to every thing available.
Locations so far from city center, also hotel in end of the narrow and dark road.
