The rooms were really nice. Clean and spacious.
The bundles. You don’t actually have access to any of the facilities. I went for the facilities but I was required to pay extra daily.

Have facility to store luggage even after check-out
Location was far from main city. Not much available nearby. Also very far from nearest train station so moving around was not easy especially when bus drivers are on strike. Moreover, wifi coverage not available on all rooms of hotel. Our first room hardly had any WiFi coverage. Informed to reception but they acted like they never knew and promised to look at it but it was never fixed. The second room in my other stay had wifi and better room but mattress was not comfortable at all.

Disappointing
Breakfast was okay.
Side road leading to the hotel was had water settlements.
WIFI in the room was horrible. I had to always go nearer to the Reception for a good service.

Pleasant
The main positive things are green view and the breakfast with varieties especially sweets & cakes.
Also, restaurant staff are very helpful with excellent service.
Location is too far from the downtown, no facilities even hot drinks inside the room

Location I can give a one star, hotel location in narrow road and far from bus station . If you go with the kids is not good location. It is so far from center of city
I don’t like that hotel because no restaurant in the hotel. No food room service at all. If you have a kids you late time you arrive in the hotel no food . It has small bar but just toast small sandwich.
I asked resection about restaurant he said you can order from out side, I know we can but if you go to vacation you want to every thing available.
Locations so far from city center, also hotel in end of the narrow and dark road.

Breakfast was good!
Leaking shower, noisy bathroom fan when it worked, no air conditioning (this really upset us. It is not even winter and they disabled the a/c for everyone) flimsy chair, none working TV. Not enough space around the bed to walk.

The breakfast was amazing facilities were clean the only downside was the location not close to downtown roam walking distance and sometimes late at night it was hard to get an uber or taxi back to the hotel
The staff was not friendly at all and the hotel didn’t have laundry facilities

It was an amazing hotel, clean, the interior design and the elegance of the hotel was excellent.
The breakfast should'nt be overfilled of sweets. The staff was a little slow. The swimming pool should be included and with no charged for all the guest.

Great connection with public transportation to city center nearby (5 min walk)
Hotel rooms are clean.
This hotel is not worth 4 stars!
We booked a family room with 2 double beds, but they didn't allow us to stay with 4 persons in one room. We were forced to book an additional room and stay in separate rooms.
The swimming pool is not part of the hotel and is not included in the price! Entrance costs 10 euro per person per day (price for hotel guests, otherwise, the price is 20 euro per person per day), excluding a towel. Also, tennis court and padel are not part of the hotel, all at an additional charge.
The breakfast is poor.

Very Good
Great location away from the business of downtown, but with great access to public transportation to get to downtown. Also a great value for the stay.
They were so busy/short staffed at dinner time that they turned us away. We ended up going to a great restaurant nearby though, so it wasn’t all bad.

Older property but clean. Security cameras n good lighting. Bright reception n friendly staff. Outside beautiful trees n well tended.
