The staff were friendly and helpful.
They have closed the restaurant, there's no bar just a fridge and cash only option. No air conditioning was poor especially in 38 degree heat.

Beautiful hotel in a good location above Montemario. Accomodating staff that helped both with late checkout because of working arrangements and printing of event tickets.

When we arrived at reception about 4 pm we were told. That the air conditioning was not working . Then we were told the bar and restaurant were closed . We went to the room which was ok but no wifi this was also down..

The breakfast was really good. Staff were great and friendly.
The only negative feedback for me is that there’s no lift from the ground floor, so we had to carry our luggages up the steps to reach the reception area. Location is a bit far from the tourist spots, but I guess if you came in a car then there’s ample parking available.

I had the most horrible experience at reception. After hours on the road, I was tired, arrived around 8 pm. The receptionist, firstly couldn't find my reservation and then refused to answer any of my question about the next morning, telling me to ask her later. This was late in the night, and later didnt make sense. She never apologised, not once. Then I went over to the restaurant for dinner. They refused to serve me as apparently they were serving a "group". I had crips from the bar for super! The following day was just as bad, different person, even more rude than the first. I walked away wondering why they just couldnt say sorry.

Gym and swimming you have to pay separately (10 euro each per day) and it was in very bad conditions. Staff was not professional at all! Maximum 2 stars hotel.
