Only polite person was Eduardo, I ask the ppl from the kitchen to froze my grandson food until the next day because it was not a frozen compartment on refrigerator, and they said stray no like I was asking something abnormal, I would not come back ,

Breakfast was plentiful but fair quality
Pool was disgusting with mold and algae. Lifeguard more interested in his phone than keeping kids safe. Pool was closed 2 hours early due to non existent rain. The pool is literally situated next to a highway. Staff would not cancel and refund 4:day stay after 1st night. Waitress kicked us out of breakfast room at 10:15 saying she had to clean. Overall poor attitudes and no interest in any form of customer service. Over €140 cabs
ride to get to airport € 70 to trevi fountain. Don't go here you will regret it.

Nice facility. Nice free breakfast, restaurant and a pool.
Location is fine IF you have a rental car. Yes, you can catch the bus downtown but it is a decent walk. Free shuttle in the morning failed us twice. Once not on time, once there was no driver available so we had to Uber.

The room and shower were much more spacious than on the pictures. Located in a very quiet, green area. We travelled by car so for us it was very comfortable: not far from the city center but at the same time feels like you are somewhere in a suburban villa. Free parking space on the territory is a big advantage.
The air in the room was a little too dry at night. The hotel has a nice territory so I would add some benches or arrange some space for an outdoor relax where guests can sit and pass time in the open air (we came in spring so the swimming pool was not working)

Eurogarden Hotel is on the outer ring of Rome but is a comfortable choice, especially for those traveling by car or who need space for a family. The hotel provides free, secure parking as well as a morning shuttle to the train station that connects to downtown. They have an on-site restaurant that was very convenient for our evening arrival. Breakfast offers many choices, and the friendly staff were helpful and accommodating, with our request to store luggage after checking out.

Reasonable breakfast, however instead of numerous wheat breads&cakes, some more vegetables, salads and cheeses could be offered. Delicious coffee. Nice rooms.
Don't understand why no access to the pool until 10:00 in the morning; anyways there is a pool guide already waiting since 9:00. For transportation we used taxi (up to Rome), if you take train/bus, it may take a bit more time, though doable.

Room was spacious,modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning was working great. Breakfast was very good. Pool is of good size. The staff was helpful. They offer free ride to the closest train station at set times in the morning.
The location is too far from the city centre. Only book here,if you have a car. Dangerous to walk to the station,no pavement. The pool needs renovation,the tiles are coming off on the bottom. The breakfast was great,however the a' la carte dinner was poor.
