Location is great, in a very quiet and easy-to-walk neighbourhood, right next to the Vatican. The city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or so. It is a small, cosy guesthouse with three rooms. Breakfast is simple but nice, with coffee/tea, fresh fruits and cakes being available. Two rooms have a bathroom connected to the room, we had the third room with separate (but private) bathroom. This was no problem for us, it is a small and quiet guesthouse so we never ran into anyone at night. On the other hand, we did have the nicest balcony out of the rooms on which we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon beer in the sun. Emilio is a great host and stops by everyday, he is always ready to talk or give recommendations. Highly recommended!

very pleasant accommodation. Everything was clean, tidy, they cleaned every day. Breakfast was sweet, coffee, tea. We were satisfied. 10 minutes walk from the Vatican. Highly recommended. Emiliano very pleasant, kind, he also recommended restaurants to us.

Really nice place. Clean and a close walk to everything. Emilio is very nice and had a lot of recommendations to restaurant and activities to Rome. Would definitely recommend.

The bed in Room 1 was very comfortable and although we made the bed it was done again. The breakfast is taken in the room with pastries topped up every day. it was also very close to the Vatican and for the price made it a bargin.

The place is clean and nice,
and it’s close to the Vatican.
Ups and downs — that’s how Rome is, it’s normal.
You should note that the check-out time is very early.
Breakfast is self-service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emi's. Emiliano is a truly exceptional host. He really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to help us navigate the city. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely private balcony where we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. The mattress was super comfortable! We both have bad backs but slept great on this mattress. The location is also unbeatable with it's proximity to the Vatican - we were able to walk everywhere to see the sights of Rome. Would 100% recommend.

As sisters travelling, the twin room with balcony and seperate bathroom suited us well.

Emiliano the host was very polite and welcoming and full of useful information. We could whatsapp him any time with questions, and he was quick to respond with accurate information.
It was 7-10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican, which was important but also quiet. It was a 15-20 minute walk to San Pietro train station, which can go into town and then out from Termini to Castel Gandolfo, or to Trastevere and on to Fiumicino airport. The bus stop was 5-7 minutes walk away.
Ww had the twin bedroom was compact with twin beds, bedside tables, an area to hang clothes, a side ledge/food bar with two chairs and a coffee maker. A door led onto a balcony with a table and chairs where we sat in the evening. It was very clean with all the essentials and a kitchen and fridge to keep and cook food. There was a private bathroom for the room. With the hot weather, the air conditioner was very welcome.
Unfortunately we were so busy fulfilling our bucket list we didn't take any pictures of the room or kitchen area. But the pictures of the twin room and the separate bathroom are pretty accurate. With three rooms behind the same front door, it could be used for a family if there are no strangers there at the time.
One had to be mindful of the small platform that lights up between the kitchen and the bedrooms. You have to step up and then step down to get between the two, which older clients with leg lifting issues need to be aware of, otherwise for most people it is no problem at all.

The room is clean snd inviting , the aircondition is great. Close to the Vatican.
A bit far to walk to to the main attractions when the weather is not perfect.but we took 20 min direct bus.

Fantastic location for the Vatican. Loved the feather pillow. Really quiet location.
It’s a long walk back up an inclined street. Did not feel comfortable walking back at night, so it was a taxi every night. You need to BYO Netflix.

Breakfast was really great. There's a shared kitchen and a fridge with all amenities available.
