We were celebrating, so took up the hotel's offer of luxury transport from the airport. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The team go over and above – they even managed to secure a table at a nearby desirable restaurant. We were fortunate enough to stay for 6 nights, so the breakfast and restaurant team got to know us well. While the hotel is just off a busy shopping street, inside it is very tranquil and luxurious. The location is superb – 30-40 min (direct) walk to any main sight in the city. Thanks to our stay at this hotel, we got to know Rome intimately.

This is our second time here and it was very disappointing - the staff, service and location are perfect though the room was 5 out of 10 - the closet was broken, kettle didn't work and same the jacuzzi and it was very noisy at night: thanks to rubbish trucks and people around we couldn't sleep all night - we expected much more from our 25th wedding anniversary vacation, especially based on our first time here that was perfect

Fantastic location of hotel close to many of the city center landmarks. Very modern looking hotel with great design artwork all around. The staff at the hotel were great in their customer service, they booked restaurant reservations, looked into booking tickets for tourist attractions and were great in providing general help in making my stay an enjoyable one.
