Look no further. This place is AWESOME. First of all, the location is perfect. A little bit away from all the Rome craziness, but still a 15 min bus away from downtown. The bus stop is a 3 min walk from the apartment and a 15 min walk from the train station (or a 5 min bus ride from the train station). I work remote and the internet was better than at my place . It was 100F or 38-40C outside but the room always stayed cold, which was much appreciated. The room was very specious, had everything I needed, and was cleaned daily. But putting all of those great things aside, the reason why you should stay is because the hostess, Michela, is absolutely WONDERFUL. She greeted me personally, gave me a map of Rome and showed me how to get to places, had food recommendations, always had cold water for me on the fridge and always had cake and fruit on the kitchen table. She always responded to all of my texts/questions and is one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. For real, STAY HERE.
The place was PERFECT. Zero complaints.

Very nice and clean room... with a balcony, great for a family breakfast and also for a relaxing evening. Also a kitchen with everything you need.
The host (Thank you, MICHELA!) was very helpful and with a lot of good advices about neighbourhood and Rome in general.

The host was so helpful and kind, really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Very good location with easy access to all the major attractions & public transport. Lots of amazing places to eat nearby
Oh and the bed & pillows were SUPER comfortable
The room could use a fresh coat of paint, some minor scuffs and scratches on the walls

Excellent B&B in a great location with good restaurants and lots of public transport options. Michella is a lovely host and even made us a chocolate cake on our last day!

The little apartment has a great location close to a cheap supermarket (Todis) and to the best cheap pizzeria (Alice Pizza) and gelateria.
The apartment is clean and well-maintaned and the shared kitchen is fully equipped.
We booked this place because booking.com advertised it as an apartment with a double bed and a separate sofa bed. Since we are not a couple we wanted to sleep in separate beds. As we arrived we noticed the room only has a double bed. Luckily, the host came to our rescue. She was super understanding and she found an extra bed for me. Thanks to her kindness we felt like home. She was always positive, chatty and helpful! We highly recommend this place to everyone. We have not tried the breakfast because of our diet but we saw it, it is indeed a huge breakfast that mainly consists of various carbohydrates ( cake, biscuit, croissant, bread etc. ) and a little protein+fat ( namely egg or cheese ). It looked fantastic.

Travelled to rome with my dad.. Really enjoyed the stay at Michela's B&B. Good value for the price. The room was spacious and Michela made our stay really comfortable and gave us very helpful tips and suggestions for places to visit. We took the breakfast option.. the breakfast was really nice.. totally worth the price. A special thanks to Michela who was really helpful and posted back a very important document my dad forgot during our stay.would highly recommend this place. Great location, not too far from rome (20 to 30 mins max by bus to get to the center) and bus stops are really close by (lots of options by bus to get to rome).

I have enjoyed the room It was ready by all facilities and the property manager is so cool and helpful and a good guidance yo know anything about Rome, you can use public transportation near the building Marconi firmy to move to terminal metro and then use the metro to go to any historic places without cost yourself The place near to ally types of shops, you will like it

The room is in a nice flat which is located near Viale Marconi, very close to the centre and super connected with the rest of the city. In 20 minutes by bus you can get to Piazza Venezia, 30 minutes by bus to colosseo. The room was super clean, so cosy and comfortable, with ensuite bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, cosy and great to sleep in, the place is so quiet despite being in a busy area and we were able to sleep in until even 10am without being disturbed. The room also had air conditioning which we requested to warm up the room a little, but to be honest the blankets were more than enough during the night. The staff was super helpful as we had a couple of requests which were accommodated so professionally.

We enjoy our staying, the reception was really good with a lot of information and help. We had all the amenities and we could sleep really well.
The location is not that close but then the building is reacheable by bus, taxi or a 50 min walking.
