Great location, great staff!
The bed is super uncomfortable, I woke up with my entire left side numb! AC blowing right in my face. Someone smoking downstairs and going by inside the room, so must keep AC on. No safe.
The staff was fabulous. Super nice and sweet!
Amazing location, it has a mini fridge and they give you coffee capsules and bottle of water.

Location
You felt like you were at boot camp as there was so many rules/ no food, no guests, quit time, need a towel? Extra charge. Want your sheets changed? Extra charge.

The area is very close to everything central but has a sense of local residents. There are good local restaurants available and the Colosseum and metro are five minutes walk away, Monti was ten minutes walk away. The rooms are nicely done out and were very clean. Although it is on the third floor, there is a well functioning lift. Check-in was efficiently done via online and so access was easy.
The bathroom was a little small - it served its purpose tho.

Perfect location, quiet and peaceful place is very safe and communication was great ( texting) I recommend this place the only thing I did not love was the size of the shower but overall we love the place and would stay again awesome place.

The noise from the street could be heard clearly, I am not sure if it was mentioned,I did not mind it a lot, but if it bothers someone it should be considered.

I loved the location and ease of access in and out of the property. Really clear instructions and great communication back and forth. For the price of the accommodation I would say this is excellent, especially for how close it is to the Colosseum and excellent restaurants such as Divin Ostilia - highly recommend if you want some great traditional food.
There wasn’t much I disliked. The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbouring rooms pretty easily but this doesn’t bother me, personally.

We liked everything honestly but our time there was spent mostly outside in the city and we only slept there but overall felt clean and comfotable.
We expected the bathroom to be a little bigger but it was good.
