Pleasant
The hotel is close to the colliseum, shopping and dining.
You have to walk up a winding staircase which is okay if you have light luggage. The hotel is located next to a loud, messy party area. On the weekends, the partiers will keep you up until the wee hours. The building itself has terrible acoustics. You can hear everything that the other residents do, even when they awake at 5am and begin playing musical chairs with their pet elephants.

Centrally located to all the historic sites. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at the authentic and very tasty food and gelato options either right around the corner or very short walks away. Would not have expected that given how touristy the area is.
Given its location, rooms are quite small.

We stayed one night for a connecting flight. The location is great, and the room was nice, clean, and quiet. Since there are some stairs, the staff kindly helped us with all our luggage.
We didn’t try the breakfast, as we had to check out very early.

The room was clean and the bathroom was very sanitary. The Staff were very friendly, and kind. The Location was perfect, and I could walk to absolutely everywhere I needed to go.

It was very very central to the popular attractions. Had lots of food options surrounding it. Staff was all friendly and helpful.
Walls were thin so you could hear neighbors. Also was noisy some mornings because staff were rearranging rooms nearby.

A nice cozy hotel in a residential neighborhood in center of Rome near the ancient attractions. The bath room exceeded expectations. The room was small with a window over the courtyard below.
There were no problems however the Television did not have much English language programming.

The room was in a side building, so it didn't have hotel experience, no shelves in the closet, one window to pipes and other windows / terrace
