Everything is perfect.
The room is small but has smart design.
WIFI is roo bad in my room, so you need to be close to the door room for better access.
The shower needs to be fixed where every time you have a shower, the floor goes wet.
There's a bad smell at the corridor between rooms.
The window in may room is very small and look to the opposite wall.

The location was perfect
The room too small, horrible window that could not be opened to an alley, no place to plug the electric kettle, had to do it in the plug next to the bed, breakfast buffet at 9:15 nothing left almost and would not refill, one of the ladys on the front desk rude when asking for directions!

Great location! A/C works great, friendly staff, clean
Super disappointing room! We booked last minute and for the shoebox we were in it would have felt more reasonable at half the price. Though its 4 star it definitely doesnt leave that impression scuff marks on walls and furniture , decor is more than well worn and our particular room was the smallest I think Ive ever experienced (smaller than Tokyo even) with a view into the inner courtyard which was two plastic chairs, a plastic table and two large, hot radiators. You had to lean your head outside and look up to see if the sky was blue or not, to give you a sense of the place

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for walking to most attractions. Clean, good value for money with great local restaurants in the same street. Brilliant suites with great bathing facilities. Helpful and friendly staff.

It was like stepping into paradise after our last 5 days of hectic travel. The front office is filled with amazing people. Our regular check in time was 2 pm, but we were reaching Rome much before 9 am. Both our kids had fallen ill in Florence and were still recovering. I made a special request through booking.com to the hotel requesting early check-in, which they said they would try but couldn't assure (which I totally understood). But surprise, surprise...The moment we step inside the hotel, it was as if the wonderful Tatiana and her equally wonderfully colleague knew who we were...they said, 'your room is ready' !!! I was literally taken aback. The entire Rome experience changed after that. There was nothing about the place that we didn't like, including the other front office personnel and their travel advice. I have given 10 stars everywhere. I recommend this place to everyone and will stay here again in case I decide to go to Rome again in a cooler month.
