The staff Nimesha is nice and friendly. She s helpful but some trouble that she can't do anything about it.
Electricity was out on the first night.completely dark. We were so tired and had to wait til midnight until the owner showed up and moved us.. It's so uncomfortable. The tv broken and never been fixed eventought the owner promise to fix . None. The communication was not good with owner. The next morning I was so shocked?somebody open our door and said "who told you to stay in this room????! ??no compensation at all from owner for all the troubles and inconvenience ??

Clean and large room for a family of 5.
The property isn’t located conveniently. Metro is far away from the property. A bus needs to be taken to get there.

Location was great, walking distance to Vatican and main attractions.
Our room was comfortable with everything we needed. Stefano was exceptional host, great communication. It was my first stay in Rome, and he made it easy to figure out everything.

Sorry but nothing like the pictures? Got there no one to give us help. Kids found hair in the shower and were disgusted. Air conditioning in one room did not work. Called the owner told us to turn on wait 3 minutes we did. Still didn’t work. He later went by messaged me to tell all good? It wasn’t said he would send someone in the morning. We could not spend the night with five small kids! Too hot. Next day he said the air condition was broken. We had to go to another hotel last minute. He said he would change us to another room. With five small kids it was too much moving around. When I asked the cleaning lady about the owner she told me he was out of town? He did answer but I had to wait each time. I was not impressed with the place at all. Nothing like the pictures! Asked for a refund but refused! I’m very disappointed!
Just didn’t feel comfortable or found the place clean. Disappointed after all that happened we lost one day of our trip waiting for response. Telling us ac did work when it didn’t.

Host was kind, responsive and helpful. Great value, with ability to accommodate my family of 5 within walking distance to the Vatican. Having breakfast included was a nice touch!
Some items in the room needed fixing: burnt out light bulb in bathroom, room safe broken (connecting wire from battery to keypad broken).

The hotel has a great location, very closed to important landmarks and areas of interest. Breakfast was small, but perfect to begin the day. The staff, was very friendly and supportive, willing to help.
The pics show a bigger Hotel than it actually is. We were concerned at the begining, but after seeing the room and spending the night it was all good.

Owner is nice guy. Nice communication. He showed us everything and there was no problem for him to check us in personally at 22:00. Clean room and bed.
We had a private bedroom and bathroom with toilet. There were not any shelfs, hangers (after query they gave us hangers) in the closet or anything to left on stuff or toiletry. No hangs for towels and mould in the shower. Shower was partially broken.

Owner was really nice, he changed for us in to bigger apartament when was requested and no extra charge.He was really kind coming and checking if anything he can do for us.

The kitchen with the Cappuccino maker.
It was a bit too far from the metro stations; and the public buses were not too reliable. If I was to do this trip again, I would look for a place within a 5 minute walk from a metro station.

The location and the facilities were great, the host replies quickly and the people who take care of the rooms are very kind and helpful
The room itself could use some work, some outlets were loose and the bathroom had some musty smell. Also the walls are thin, so you could hear people coming and going. Tip if you find the beds too hard, they provide blankets and we used them to soften the matras.

Good space, reasonable clean, quiet area, good amenities provided.
Pretty good distance from main part of city, but as long as you are aware of this before you go and figure out how to use the busses you’ll be fine!

We spent a great week in the apartment. The room was cozy and had its own kettle and small refrigerator. The shared kitchen had a lot of equipment for cooking, and free cookies and tea were always available. There was a supermarket just around the corner so you can buy food and cook it yourself if you wanted. The staff were really nice and friendly. The location is really good for visiting the Vatican, we were able to walk there early in the morning and skip the huge line. There are also buses and a train station nearby, so you can easily get around the city and to the airport. Thank you for the nice stay!
