Great central location. Responsive host. Also a good layout of bedroom and common areas. The common area was kept well stocked with supplies for espresso, tea, biscuits, carbonated water etc that made the stay more comfortable.

We loved everything about this place. The room was beautiful and clean with an unbeatable view. The staff were very nice and helpful. Right in the middle of all the main attractions and plenty of resteraunts near by. It was a highlight of our trip and I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was in the shopping district so convenient for walking.
The AC wasn’t working properly. It would shut off every 2 hours and I would have to get up and go flip the breakers to reset it throughout the night and was quite uncomfortable and hot.

When we entered the hotel, there were detailed instructions regarding the initial check-in.
The staff is very available by email if anything is missing/wanted.
The place was clean and the service was truly excellent.
The location was the ultimate location!!!!!!
The only thing is important to know is that its more of an apartments hotel and less hotel- for us personally it was suitable and perfect!

Everything was perfect!
We've done a contactless check in but the communication with the owners was perfectly fine. They responded immediately and answered all of our questions and requests.
The apartment was really spacious. There was plenty of space and it was exactly like the photos.
Located in one of the most popular places of Rome, just 3 minutes from Spagna and very close to other important attractions. We definitely gonna choose it again to our next trip!!

Big apartment perfect for families or large groups. Everything was available in it. Great location, near the major attractions.
Unfortunately there was no daily housekeeping despite being listed on booking. Still it doesn’t affect much, everything was good and manageable.

The location is perfect and very close to all the sightings, very friendly staff, very helpful and let me check in very early! The room we booked is a city view, which will absolutely enjoy!
I loved staying there with the price you paying is very reasonable! The building door is very small also the old vintage left “Ascensore” is very old should be upgraded!

The apartment is located at the luxury shopping street & famous Spagna Stairs…..Very near to Metro station & various restaurant…..The house is very spacious, clean & tidy….. Owner very nice & friendly…. they allowed us for early check in and approach us for baggage storage too… checking process also very easy…
