The room was perfect. Very much like a hotel room. Nicely furnished. Very nice bathroom. Wonderful shower. The woman who was the housekeeper was lovely and kept the room stocked and clean. Marco, who managed the Guest House was wonderful. Always responsive, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Restaurants everywhere, markets nearby, high end shopping one avenue away. Very satisfied. I stayed there again.

We loved staying here. It was in a safe location and the room was quite spacious. It was also very clean and Marco was very friendly.
The cleaners came at 9:45 AM every morning and knocked on the door which often disturbed our sleep. I wish they would come around 12 to clean the rooms.

The room is spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and it’s conveniently close to Vatican City. A great place to stay in Rome.

Everything was wonderful! The room was very nice, on the smaller side but absolutely comfortable, and sparkling clean! We really liked that we could have our morning coffee in the lounge! The staff were very helpful, as well. An excellent choice of stay in a beautiful neighborhood of Rome!

I like that it was close to public transit. Although it is a bit further, it is still walkable. There is also an elevator available to the accommodation.

Ubication, room, cleanliness, Marco the owner received us with a big smile and proceed to explain where we were ubicated with a map that after that he have it to us, for a better help. The Domus Serafino is on the 5th floor of the building, have an elevator. You can walk in the night around the neighborhood, where is a lot of places for eat or have an ice cream . We really enjoy out stay there and will love back there.

Marco was very friendly and the location is great — about a 3 minute walk to the Vatican. Apartment is clean, nice bedding and bed, and newly renovated bathroom.

Location , as well Marco the host was very pleasant and professional and with directions very prescised. Very satisfied with the stay and good experience as always in Rome.
