Great location. Close proximity to all major attractions. Rooms were good size. Breakfast had good variety and choices. Secure location. Rommel was a fantastic host. We were well taken care of.

I was little concern at the first sight, but once I enter the property. I was delighted. Clean facilities. Great host, Rommel. Rommel help us with our luggage and answer all questions. Area was safe and I felt totally secure inside the building.
The location is centrally located. .5 mile from Vacitan City and 1.5 mile from the coliseum. Several food locations within 10 minute walk. The hop on hop off bus two blocks away. City bus route a block away.
No ice machine on the property. No microwave in the room.

Room was clean. Staff very helpful.
Good location for most of the main attractions.
Noisy road, could hear sirens most of the night.
Not really a river view but it was only over the main road.
Fridge did not work very well.

The stay was amazing, it was better than I expected. The room was big and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and really helped. The location is really nice, we were able to reach many places on foot, and when we were tired, the bus stop was 1 min walk.

Great location close to main attractions. Clean room with air conditioner and relatively good breakfast. We got couple of extra pillows and sheet when asked. Rammel was super nice an helpful.
Bed could have been a bit more comfortable and there was some noise from the street.

Location, cappuccino in morning, friendly staff who called for shuttle etc.
Hard bed, one pillow each. Hard to find on Google, maybe place picture of building front on booking.com
