Sadly we didnt see anyone whilst there but available on WhatsApp- we got the key from a nearby shop owner who wasnt very helpful - obviously not the hotels fault

Amazing location, super clean, big room, clean bathroom, nice staff and good communications via chat.

Good location, close to all attractions, close to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes walk to the Coliseum, very convenient. All issues were sorted via WhatsApp. I recommend it.

Ulli was very helpful once we arrived and actually got into the building. Property is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the Pantheon and many great restaurants.
Clear instructions on the process required to gain entry to the property for checkin would have been helpful. The towels were very thin and rough. The room is listed as luxury but I would consider it as basic.

The location, of course, is absolutely convenient to get every scenic spot by walking. The room is very sweet and clean, the blue lights are fantastic. The spa is nice. The people are nice and friendly, even though I didnt see the proprietor, but its easy to contact via WhatsApp. Hope to come back in future.
There is no curtain in the spa, so water will easily splash out, causing the floor wet.

The location was great Place was very quiet and clean
There was no one at the reception, yes the host was available via WhatsApp but anyway .. Please put a normal door in the bathroom and hang shower curtains! All the floor gets wet after a shower
