The staff at the front desk was not friendly. I encountered 3 different staff members during my stay and none of them were friendly. However the bartender was wonderful and made our stay enjoyable.
They need new staff at the front desk!

Exceptional location ,close to everywhere.
The room was big enough and very quiet - although a bit oldish, but it was not really important.

The breakfast was 10/10 and the staff was also incredible. The room was smaller than I'd like, but you're barely in it. The hotel was extremely accommodating. The location was excellent. Overall good value.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the bed is comfortable.
The bathroom needs improvment in toiletries and if there was a shower, it would be even better.

I liked everything- it was our second visit, and just as lovely as the first. The room (standard twin ) was clean , quiet and comfortable . The breakfast staff is great, and Alessandro remembered us from last time. Flavia and Paulo were also kind and attentive.
I look forward to staying there again.

All was fine, staff are super friendly, breakfast was just right, rooms are well spaced with very good wardrobe arrangement and the location is fantastic
the only thing is that the bathrooms are somewhat dated, need an upgrade and the showers are small.

Smell of sewerage sometimes especially at foyer area and in room.
Breakfast- I’d have preferred some quality orange juice instead of guests squeezing own.
Room was a bit tired looking and needs upgrading.

From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcome. The staff where really helpful and friendly at the desk. Asking if we had been to Rome previously - which I had and if we needed suggestions etc. The room was clean, large by European Standards and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was very good and catered well to allergies (my partner is GF).
Our room wasnt ready when we arrived, even though it was after the check in time. We went to the bar and had a much needed coffee. Honestly I felt like this should have been on the house given we were waiting on our room. But the gentleman who served us was again so welcoming and made sure we were enjoying it that we really werent that fussed over a few Euro's.
