Pleasant
The breakfast is delicious with different kind of meals and the staff are all nice and helpful.
The location is also good for tourist walking through all the sightseeing tours in Rome.
The room is quite big for us but the facility and furniture seemed quite old and broken.

The bed was terrible! I never slept so bad in a “4 ster” hotel. If you want a relaxing sleep, choose a different place

We stayed here for 4 nights, room was pretty good but a little bit small, bed was comfortable there were little details in the bathroom have to take care of it. Breakfast was good but I every morning they served exactly the same things. Different options would be better if you staying more than a few days. Bakery section was pretty vary.

It was very nicely located but didn’t pay attention to the small stuff
Fitness room was ill equipped. Didn’t refill coffee for the coffee maker. Had no ironing boards and to wait a day before they could provide an iron. Couldn’t make change for a 20.00 bill at any time.

Very nice hotel, close to train station and historical centre, practically everything is 10 to 15 minutes walk. Nice area, clean rooms, very pleasant interiors. The breakfast was rich and varied. The staff at the reception was very helpful.
The staff cleaning the room threw away one pair of sleepers but didn't replace with new however when we asked at the reception they provided us with new ones. On the other day one of the bathrobes was left used on the chair and at the evening it was missing but wasn't replaced with a clean one. The caffe cups we used at the morning was still durty on the table when we got back at the evening.

The location was fantastic - short walk to all main spots. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. We were delighted with our room. Nice touch to have water and sweets as reception. Nice modern hotel!
Unfortunately, we had to put in a noise complaint towards our next door neighbour on our first night. Staff explained there was nothing they could do about it but offered us to change rooms at 2:40am. We agreed to move the next morning and was told there would be a note for staff to move our room. We had to confront our next door neighbor ourselves at 2:45am. The following morning there was no note left for staff and we had to explain ourselves again at reception. They stated that could change our room and asked us to call back for the new room keys in an hour. We explained that we had a busy day organized and would be back that evening for the room. Unfortunately when we came back, no staff had organized the room again so we had to explain for a third time. A lovely female staff member organized this for us and showed us to a more suitable room.
Unfortunately, no fault of the hotel staff, but we were woken by the bin men bottle collection every night at 2:30am as it is extremely loud on the front rooms of the hotel. Unfortunately it was almost as bad on level 5 as level one.

Great location in a lovely neighborhood away from the madness of tourists but close to everything. Very clean room, very nice and helpful staff. We did not try the breakfast.
Our room was very hot. We tried turning the heat off but the room never cooled down. We had to sleep with the window open which wasn't too bad but sometimes the noise from the courtyard woke us.
