Eleonora, the hist is such a good soul. Helpful, friendly, everything you could want. Breakfast is simple, but good
Beds are a little hard and you can hear people from the other rooms. Could be bothering, if you are sensible to noises

Due to train and bus strikes we got there about 11.30 pm. Poor Eleanora had to wait for us to let us in. Very much appreciated. It was great having breakfast included. We could walk to the Colosseum and major attractions, with bus strike.
Bed was comfy.
Only thing I didn't like -was the shower is very small! It was difficult for a small person, a larger person would not fit.

The room looked just like the pictures, it was very clean and tidy. Bed linen is changed every three days.
The b&b is located near the metro station and many bus stops, therefore it is easy to use the public transportation even at night.
The train station is also at walking distance, so you can easily go to the beach or to the airport. There are some shops nearby as well.
The breakfast had many options to choose from, although not many salty ones (we missed the cold cuts and also some veggies and fruits). We even had gluten and lactose free options which was very nice!
All in all we would recommend this b&b, Eleonora is very nice and the hospitality was great?

Given the crazy prices in Rome good value for money. Staff is very helpful and responsive.

Excellent location, great b&b, very new, very clean, very cosy, very well kept rooms like 5 star hotel! Situated in a great quiet, safe residential region in Rome. Near metro, has a few supermarkets nearby within walking distance.
Owners very kind, friendly and helpful... provides transport from Roma Termini or from airport at a competitive rate!
Will stay here whenever we are back in Rome! Very highly recommended! Really Love this b&b. Thank you for giving us a good stay!

Lovely fresh and clean. Excellent facilities. Bed was super comfortable w excellent pillows. The host family were warm and welcoming and left us to our own devices after settling us in. Easy walk to the A Line Metro. We were able to walk to Roman Forum and Colloseum, but we like to walk :)
No remote for airconditioner. Apparently, it is against environmental laws to use during our time of stay (May)! We were fine with door to balcony open (safely 2nd story). Fresh breeze was perfect.

Good location, away from the touristic hustle-bustle, but still easy to reach by bus and metro.
Helpful staff.
Clean room.
Tiny shower cabin, small room.
Poor breakfast. Even the open bottles of soft drinks were not replaced within a week.

Super clean, good location close to bus station, supermarket and relatively close to metro station. Eleonora is a great host who is responsive and helpful. The room is tidied up daily and everything changed every 3 days. Good coffee.
Sound isolation is not great you can hear a lot from the neighbors (from other apartments and adjacent rooms). Bathroom is quite tiny, moving inside the shower cabin is difficult. Not allowed to throw toilet paper inside the toilet.
The breakfast is quite rudimentary and mainly consists of sweet packed in plastic pastry. There is milk and cereal. No fruit, meat, etc. It’s fine for a couple of days but if you stay longer then it will get boring fast (after 2 days we had to go to the supermarket to add some variety to the breakfast options).
