Augusto did everything to make us feel comfortable and was very helpful giving us suggestions of sightseeing spots. He also helped us when we got in a bit of a trouble, so to us it was more than a B&B, we also had a host acting as a friend. We are a family with two teenagers, the room was comfortable and enough space. Perfect location and only a couple of minutes to Metro, reaching city centre in 15 minutes.

The location was very close to the Vatican. It was only a few blocks to the museum entrance & easy to walk to St Peter's.
Augusto was very accommodating & helpful. He had to be away but arranged for us to have breakfast at the pastry shop close by. He had breakfast ready for us even though we had to leave very early the last day.

Augusto's place is excellent - great location just minutes from the Vatican and St Peter's Square but also just a couple of minutes from the main metro line. We walked all over the city fuelled by an excellent breakfast and coffee that set us up for the whole day. Augusto also gave us great recommendations for local places to eat and interesting churches to visit and we had great conversations. The B&B is in a lovely old building so the rooms have high ceilings and plenty of space. The bathroom is well-equipped and clean and the room had plenty of seating and storage and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

The breakfasts were amazing. The owner prepared them for us every morning. There was a choice of eggs, cheese, salami, fruit, yogurt, etc. The location is great, close to the Vatican, close to the metro and other public transport.

The property was located only a block from the Vatican and even closer to the Metro so getting around was very easy. Checking in was easy as we press the buzzer and were let in then Augusto welcomed us at the apartment door. He was an excellent host and assisted us in recommending local restaurants and places to see. The breakfast every morning was an Italian themed with coffee, croissants, salami, cheese, toast and spreads, yoghurt, eggs, etc and my children, my husband and I loved it. We stayed in a room with a queen size bed and a set of bunks for the children. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept really well. I highly recommend it to other travellers!

Augusto is an excellent host! Very welcoming and helpful to assist you with everything you need. The B&B is very well located very close to the Vatican, the room is comfortable and clean with all you need.
Augusto gives you a lot of tips and information to plan your day to visit Rome.
He prepares a very tasty breakfast, asking your preference. We loved our stay at his place and would definitely go there again!

Augusto is a very kind and friendly host, always willing to help and provide all he can in order for the guest to have a pleasant stay. You can ask him for tips and valuable information on what to do and what to not do in Rome. He helped us avoid a couple of "tourist traps". The apartment is relatively small, but the room has enough space even for 4 persons. The bathroom is clean and contains far more than just the basics. You don't even need to bring your own toothbrush, as there is one there waiting for you! The breakfast was very nice, Augusto asks you about your preferences and prepares the breakfast accordingly. The location is very suitable, especially if you plan to visit the Vatican city. There is a Metro station within 2-3 walking minutes so you can go pretty much everywhere in the city quite easily.
There was nothing particularly unpleasant. Generally, it was a nice experience!

Breakfast was great. The rooms were nice and the host was wonderful. He took care of us and was very interested in providing what we wanted for breakfast and suggestions for visiting Rome.

We really enjoyed having very comfortable beds which isn't always the case in other guest houses or even hotels. Also the location was great and the breakfasts were really enjoyable, Augusto cooked eggs and sausages fresh each morning which was great.. Augusto is very helpful, happy guy and we liked him very much as our host he gave us good advice and offered suggestions of interesting places to also visit, thanks Augusto for a lovely stay at your B&B.
