We had a brilliant stay. The large room was nice and clean. The private bathroom was perfect. Furthermore the b&b is at a perfect location, very near the metro and the vatican. But the best part was the owner. We felt as if we were at home. Every morning he prepared us an excellent breakfast with premium ingredients and superb coffee. Gave tips where to go and what to do. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable experience!!!

Augusto is a wonderful host! He made sure that we’ve got everything we need and serve us amazing breakfast, he made sure we get fresh bread! Beds are comfortable and everything is clean. It was a last minute trip so we haven’t prepared itinerary but was able to come up with one with the help of Augusto and the map that he has given us! The property is very close to everything and 10 minutes walk to Vatican. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Da Augusto!

From the moment we arrived, Da Augusto felt warm, cozy, and welcoming — truly like staying in a home rather than just a place to sleep. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly sized for our family of two adults and two children. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided: a fridge, strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a clean, fully equipped private bathroom (including new toothbrushes for everyone, which was a lovely surprise). The beds were very comfortable, and the room was calm and relaxing after long days exploring Rome. We also loved the street view with beautiful Christmas lights, which added extra charm.
The location is excellent. The Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s Square and Basilica are about a 10-minute walk. The metro station and buses are only 3 minutes away, making it easy to reach the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and other attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with many shops, gelaterias, bakeries, supermarkets, and affordable restaurants nearby.
Augusto is a wonderful host and genuinely kind person. Talking with him was always pleasant — he has interesting stories, a great sense of humor, and a very warm personality, while fully respecting guests’ privacy. He reviewed our travel plans, suggested improvements, and recommended great places we would have otherwise missed. On our last day, he kindly allowed us to leave our luggage while we enjoyed our final hours in Rome, which made everything stress-free.
The hospitality was thoughtful and heartfelt. On a rainy day, Augusto provided umbrellas, and he also created a lovely Christmas atmosphere, making the stay feel extra cozy. Breakfast was fantastic and tailored to our preferences — the kids loved the variety, and we enjoyed excellent Italian coffee. All amenities worked perfectly.
This is honestly the best B&B we’ve stayed in. Augusto’s kindness and genuine hospitality added warmth to our entire trip. We would love to return and warmly recommend.
Everything was very well organized, clean, and comfortable, and Augusto made our stay extremely pleasant.

Perfect location for those who want to be close to Vatican. 400 m to Vatican Museums and just a little bit more to St. Peter's Basilica. Augusto is a host who makes you feel truly welcome and cared for!

Great location, with easy and quick access to all amenities. Short walk to St. Peters square, Basilica .. easy way to get to Collosseum, Spanish steps, Fountain de Trevi and more . Our host was exceptional, great hospitality- really enjoyed his personal touch at breakfast time. He also shared his knowledge about the city and gave us some helpful information how to move about and what’s good to see as well as how to stay safe. Really helpful tips especially that we were traveling with kids.

Best BnB I’ve stayed in. Augusto has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Location fabulous for visiting the Vatican, travelling on metro or bus. Easy to get to airport and nice restaurants nearby. A safe area. Thankyou Augusto!

Our stay at Augusto‘s was awesome! Augusto made my kids and me feel more than welcome. He is such a great host that makes you feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at his B&B. Every morning he made fresh breakfast and asked what everyone of us would like to eat. He didn‘t hesitate to get fresh fruit, joghurt and oats. We really appreciated it. The location is great. Our room offered a lot of space and the bed was super comfy to rest after an exhausting day. It‘s a 5-10 minute walk to Peter‘s Basilica and the Vatican. Metro is just around the corner. And you can easily walk to visit the Pantheon etc.
If we‘ll ever come back to Rome Augusto‘s B&B will be our place to be.

We stayed five nights at Augusto’s place and it truly made our trip unforgettable. Rome is a beautiful city on its own, but what made our visit even more special was this accommodation. From the very first moment we felt welcomed and cared for. Augusto is such a thoughtful and generous host, always going that extra step to make guests feel at home.
The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable, the windows perfectly soundproofed, and the AC worked flawlessly. The WiFi connection was excellent, and getting to and from the airport was very easy thanks to the SIT shuttle bus stop nearby.
But above all, what stood out the most was Augusto himself – his kindness, attention, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. Staying here added warmth and ease to our entire trip. We would love to return one day and will warmly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
Absolutely nothing negative to say, everything exceeded our expectations and was just perfect.
