Perfect location, subway entrance right in front of the building. Nice terrace, rather quiet at night. Friendly and helpful host.
The mattress could be a little bit firmer.

Location of the flat as well as it's spacious, high standard inside - both of them are great. Subway station is few meters from the entrance to the building. View from the balcony is also really nice. Inside the flat materials and quality of them are fantastic. We've felt good and safe at this place. Kitchen have nice set of basic utensils, everything what you'll need for a few days stay.
I think that flat wasn't designed to be rented, because some materials inside are vulnerable to very simple stains (for example marble floor at which you have to really pay attention while drinking/eating). This may be unacceptable for someone to keep some level of clean through the stay.

We really liked this lovely appartement and felt very welcome. The host Lucio impressed us with his sincere hospitality. The recommendations he gave us helped us a lot and we would be happy to return!

Extremely convenient location at a metro stop that allows you to reach any part of the city. well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. Lucio is a great host. I highly recommend!
