Perfect location. Clean, clean and cleaner. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Fully stocked shared kitchen with snacks and drinks.

Great location close to the Vatican, quiet street next to police station. There was an outdoor space that we ran out of time for, but looked lovely. Our room was clean, on the ground floor, and while there wasn't breakfast, we did appreciate the juice and snacks in the living area. Vittoria and Francesca also had great communication, easy self-check (train strike meant we got in late), and recommendations for places to eat and visit. We only regret that we couldn't stay longer! Grazie mille!

Excellent and helpful hosts; location next to police station made us feel very safe. Apartment was tastefully decorated and modernized. Located on a quiet street, a few blocks from Vatican and other history sites. Coffee, drinks, and tasty snacks were always available in the downstairs kitchenette.
Having the first floor apartment would have been easier since we had heavy bags. But, we made it!

The property was easy to reach by metro and bus, our two preferred methods of public transport, in addition to being a short walking distance from the Vatican and the central part of Rome. The staff were amazing! The place is super clean and safe. And the air conditioning was adequate to serve our needs. The breakfast/snack bar is a wonderful addition. The private bathroom was well situated as well. Vittoria and Francesca are amazing hosts!
There was not a single thing we can point to as even something that needs improvement. Just an excellent property with awesome hosts.

How super clean the room was and the wonderful hosts. They were responsive to every question and so kind. The room is decorated so adorable.
This didn’t bother us, but room is on the smaller side. It is so cutely decorated and super, super clean so made up for the room size. There is a common area and courtyard for added space.

They were very friendly and sent us places to eat and sightsee near by. The facility was very clean and stylish. Small breakfast snacks were offered which helped during the day with all the sightseeing and walking. The location was so great because it is walking distance to restaurants, gelato, the Vatican, and small markets. The police station is nearby so we felt pretty safe. You can easily walk to the bus and subway to get around town. I would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were particularly helpful with guidance with traveling around Rome and advice about the best spots to go to.

Location is next to polis station. Feels safe. It’s abit off road, so may have to consider if you have luggage or bulky bags. Vittoria and Francesca are very warm friendly and welcoming. We love the place, room and facilities. Thanks!
