Our experience with the property was exceptional from the very first message on booking till very last minute of our stay in Rome. Ladies, Vittoria & Francesca, made us in Rome as at home. The room was exactly as in the photos, clean, nice and comfy. The cleaning was arranged daily, coffee and tea were available at all times, including corn flakes, light snacks and juices for breakfast. Everything is made with lots of love and care for the guests and their comfort. In regards to location : the property is ~7 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro station, ~5 minutes to Vatican museums and St.Peters Basilica, ~8 minutes to Castel Sant'Angelo. The neighborhood is quiet and safe (police station is located right next door), with selection of cafeterias, restaurants and grocery shops.

The staff here was friendly and took care of any printing we needed. It was helpful to send me pictures of the check-in. There is coffee and sweets on the first floor, and the accommodation is very clean and comfortable!
There is a large terrace, but since it is on the second floor, you can see the surrounding buildings.

The place is located on the quiet small street, near to Vatican, you have everything you need in the apartment, nice hostess who send us good recommendations for the nearest restaurants and bars.

We had a very nice stay at the Civico 7 hotel. Francesca is a wonderful host, the room was beautiful, and the terrace even more so. :) The location is perfect, in an area with a lot of restaurants and cafes, and all the main attractions are in a walkable distance.

Location is fantastic within a 10 min walk to the Vatican. Facilities were excellent and access to a washing machine was beneficial especially after a long period of travel. Francesca was amazing and so accommodating with great tips on local eats and was always ready to support us during our stay. Probably the best stay we've ever had. It was so comfortable and we felt at home.
It's a bit hard to identify when first arriving to the place as it's sort of hidden. However if you let them know (as we did) of our arrival time they were ready to see us in. A bigger sign may also beneficial.

Very cozy place with only 3 rooms.The rooms and apartement is very well /modern designed and new.The place is very close yo Vatikan (5 min walk) and very safe as there is police station next door.There is also 2 doors which is always locked.Fridge and clima is working very well.Shared kitchen area is very nice with new &clean equipments.Owners are very kind and support us proptlt for finding routes ,places and restaurants.We enjoyes everything
