Absolutely stellar little B&B with cozy vibes!
Honestly, there was basically nothing. In room 3, the shower liked to kind of leak but the extra towels provided helped with that. So no worries there!

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Metro train station about 5 minute walk. Less than 30 minute walk to the Vatican. Many diverse excellent restaurants within walking distance. About a 30 minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo and Sant'Angelo Bridge.
Nice room in a safe neighborhood.

First of all, the location.
The owner is very nice and attentive to the needs of the guests. She helped us with everything we asked for.
I had a problem with the coffee machine and it was replaced the next day.
There are no things that I didn't like.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to Vatican, very comfortable beds and friendly staff.
Breakfast is really just a croissant and usual in room amenities. Rooms are small but not an issue, since we come just to sleep.

Staff was amazing very attentive. We left early on Sunday morning and we asked if we could get double breakfast on Saturday and it was done without fuss it was so easy and pleasant dealing with everyone associated with Charming Roma.

Nice cosy room with comfy large bed. Location wise perfect for us, most of main landmarks in walking distance. Plenty to choose for dining in local area.
Friendly staff.
Delicious Cornetto for breakfast on big plus.
Bathroom is tiny and shower screen need some maintenance however all in working order.
Toilet seat with soft closing would be a nice addition (because if you have one like this at home is easy to forget and ...... noise in the middle of the night is guaranteed)
One more... Not very important however TV in our room was unable to connect with WiFi so streaming platforms were unavailable (we forgot to mention this as we spend little time in the room so didn't bother us)

Location is excellent, near to the Metro and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast of freshly delivered croissants each morning and fresh fruit each day is wonderful. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable.
The bathroom is slightly small, but not a problem at all.
