Very clean, very spacious and very quiet.
There was a minor issue on the air conditioner and water boiler, but the owner quickly fixed them.

This property is perfect for a family of four, but not little children. The stairs and upstairs railing would be dangerous. The beds say double down stairs but it is a king by US standards. Upstairs. We’re contain beds. Good use of space and not far from bus line and metro.
The only thing was that when the buses change routes for events, etc. they don’t run anywhere near where you need to go. We spent lots of time trying to figure out how to get back from the Vatican after road closures and no taxis. We don’t mind being away from big crowds and tourists so this was pleasant.

Host was incredibly helpful. Got us to airport with the train strikes. Gave us suggestions and explained everything, just very nice. The place was updated and easy location for getting around Rome.
Using the key as power was awkward if we didnt go to the same place.

We were a group of four and stayed for four nights. The property was clean and as described on booking.com, and the location is pretty good. Fabrizio was easy to reach and provided guidance regarding how to check in and send us great recommendations. I highly recommend.

Fabrizio was amazing. Helped with everything from move in to recommendations about eating, travel and checking out. The place is close to train station which takes you to all attractions. Plenty of good places to eat around.
The last day someone moved in and we could hear them talking and slamming doors. The boiler was making a loud thud noise every time you would use it, during the day it was fine but at night it wasn't pleasant. The shower was either very hot or very cold there was no setting for in between.

It was a spacious apartment that was well-equipped. Heaters worked well and kept us warm.
It was on level 1 so luggage had to be carried up the stairs. It wasn’t as close to stations as other reviews mentioned. Washing machine provided but washing liquid only enough for 1 load of washing. The towels provided had fluff that came off when you dry yourself.

I liked everything from the apartment , is near to the Termin Station easy to take the bus train Metro , restaurants around so definitely If I come back I will stay there again.
