The property was clean and perfect for our last 2 nights in Rome! Francesco was a great host, he recommended places to eat and the Best gelato place! My birthday happened to be the day we checked in and he gave us a bottle of champagne! He was really the best, the place was a little bit of heaven! The Vatican was a short walk. We loved it and would stay there again if we venture back to Rome! Thank you so much! Great find!!

Wonderful
The location is good. The area seems relatively safer and surrounded by good bars and restaurants. The host is full of information about Rome. He showed everything on the map we need to see in Rome. He is like a tourist information point:)
It might be good if the room has a coffee machine and a big mirror on the wall.

We stayed in Cassiodoro19 in June 2023 and loved it. The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations of food and activities to do in Prati and Rome - he spent almost an hour with us - this was very appreciated. The food recommendations he gave us were top notch and Ive never eaten better carbonara and gelato in my life! The bed was comfortable and the location of the property was not far from all the attractions. An added bonus is that the property is very close to the Vatican City so if you are planning to go there early in the morning you can just walk from the apartment.
The rooms and bathroom are a bit dated and could be renovated in time.

At Cassiodoro19 all our expectations where exceeded. Spacious rooms, ice cold AC to battle that summer heat and its also located in a safe quiet residential area. Im was very happy with the service provided by Francesco and Benedetta, great communication through WhatsApp. Outstanding place 100/10.

We were very happy with our choice to stay here. Great location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go (Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain etc)
A very welcome from Stfano and excellent communication. Listen to his recommendations of walking routes and restaurants. All very useful!

The staff and location. It had good restaurants close by and was an easy walk to Piazza Navone etc.
You could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. A crying baby kept us awake for a bit. The bed had individual sheet bags rather than a top sheet. It was kind of like renting a room in someone's house with an ensuite.

The location is perfect and the host is super nice! gave us some great recommendations of places to eat and visit in the city.
The furniture is old, the bed is uncomfortable with worn out pillows and the rooms are in an apartment with a narrow corridor. There was not much privacy and could hear the other guests. A guest house might not be for everyone.
